WHAT DELIVERY???? I've been waiting for my parcel for a week and still nothing. they started by trying to delivery to an office after 8PM (closes at 5pm), you can't get hold of anyone, the online chat doesn't work. so decided to delivery to YODEL shop, NOPE, it won't let you actually select this. so after 3 attempts to delivery to work after 8pm. i've manually asked to change address to the local Yodel shop. so today at 8.53am - your parcel will be delivery this afternoon/evening. 16.44 - the parcel still hasn't even left the depot. i can't pick the parcel up, as depot is 44 miles away. can't get it delivered to home - as it's in a different catchment area. WHAT THE HELL, absolutely ridiculous. online chat - been waiting over 1 hour, and still nothing. are they just useless? or just thieves?

They have not updated my parcel tracking in almost a week now it was due today latest and it hasn’t even been processed all i know is they’ve got it. but how true is that. This was a christmas present and i wasted so much money for it to just not come. You cannot get through to customer service it doesn’t exist. This is a scam delivery centre.

Yodel is a load of rubbish. Parcel should of been delivered 3rd December. It's now 16th December. Live chat is joke....sat here for a hrs waiting for the tossers to answer. I WANT MY PARCEL....NOW

Absolute joke of a company. Item was 3 days late after tracking details were all over the place. Delivery driver didn't knock on the door just threw parcel on the doorstep but not before opening it to have a look inside

No attempt to deliver to the correct address, dumped in a random box, who knows where. Apparently it’s my responsibility to ask all the residents in the village as to where it is! I didn’t realise I had subscribed to hide and seek

Worst company,non-existing service or call centre. Spent 2hrs at Bellshill depot to find out they do not know where my parcel is (after more than q week delay,and after Yodel sending email they have my oarcel,I can collect it in persob). Meanwhile other customers shared their negative experience w Yodel. Live chat or phone does not work. Avoid tem.

Apparently the parcel got to the shop at 9pm the previous evening by the morning it was being returned! What is going on?

The only way to shut these charlatans down is to go back to the supplier of your goods! They are the ones who have employed these ar**holes and it is their responsibility to get those goods to you. They need to sort it out! Once they realise that they’re losing business & that you refuse to engage if they employ these f**kers, that’s when effective change can take place! Don’t waste your precious time or lose earnings trying to raise the dead; it can’t be done! That’s not where they put their money!!! C’mon guys, let’s box clever and get these masquerader’s put in their proper place! They’ve already got one foot in it!!!

I received no time location for my parcel and it arrived past my bedtime. I tried to leave a review on the email sent and couldn't. I tried to contact the company but no response. I will be asking the company I ordered from why they would use a company with such a bad reputation. This is supplements and medication I am ordering for years. Not good enough. Obviously cost.

Yodel strikes again. Package supposed to be arriving Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Now Saturday and no sign. Tracking just says “pending”, nobody answers the chat or the phone. Seller (Callie) are no better, suggesting courier problems are my issue to resolve. Utterly useless.

Yodel were supposed to deliver my parcel on Tuesday but there was no update on the tracking.I had waited in all day and about 3pm I received an update that my parcel was to be delivered between 3.30 and 5.30.About 3.50 I received an update...'Attempted delivery' but nobody had stopped in a vehicle outside my home.So they lied.The next update stated ,'9.50....we have your parcel in our depot'.That was 3 days ago!Still no sign of my 'Next day delivery' package!Absolute clownshow.

I watched a vile delivery driver from my camera smash on my door several times and when that failed he started banging on the windows. I watched him open my parcel and now to stop him coming near my house again requested it to go to the shop. They have lied and they are thrives. The most disgusting and disturbing courier company I have ever come across! Liars and Thieves!!!

Terrible service. Next day delivery is 3 days late. Live help team only have the ability to tell you to keep checking the tracker and refuse to register formal complaint when asked.

Deriver didn’t even try to deliver package. He pulled into our block of flats, looked at he building, and then left. He didn’t even get out of his car, let alone ring the doorbell. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely useless! App stated they had a parcel (my son's birthday present) on December 2nd. No updates. Attempted to use the web chat 3 times, to no avail (waited 90 minutes each time for an agent to connect). In the end, I had to cancel the present (12th December), sit £100 out-of-pocket whilst awaiting a refund, and buy the same present again. Dreadful service. Wouldn't be surprised if they went bust at this rate.

I wanted to surprise my friend who was going through a rough time with some flowers. I paid extra for the next day delivery and so should have been delivered on a Tuesday. It's now Friday evening and the update from Yodel is... we have it. It's been like that since Monday midnight when I first got the email. Still not out for delivery after a few days. Tried to contact them but no luck there. Had to ask the florist for a replacement bouquet, I hope they don't use the same couriers because I will not order with that florist again then. And I had to ruin the surprise asking if my friend would still be working in the office next week as I don't have her new home address yet. So thanks Yodel for ruining the surprise and not even delivering!

AVOID THIS DELIVERY COMPANY! Absolutely appalling service. I've been home all day waiting for a delivery that was supposedly "out for delivery" since yesterday. They even had the audacity to claim they "missed" me today (13/12/24 at 12:44) when no delivery attempt was even made. I haven't left the house! This is a blatant lie. They keep pushing back the delivery with vague updates, and their customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and use a different carrier. Here's the timeline of their misleading updates: 13/12/24 12:44: "Sorry we missed you." (LIE - no one came) 13/12/24 11:00: "Your parcel is with one of our drivers for delivery." (Doubtful) 13/12/24 10:59: "We have your parcel." 12/12/24 11:37: "Your parcel is at your delivery depot." 11/12/24 12:44: "Your parcel is at your delivery depot." One star is too generous.

Returned items — The Yodel app states arrived at hub on 6/12/24 — nothing since it is now 12/12/24. Live chat — 3.5 hrs waiting and no one responds Telephone once your through the is it this number oh no let’s try another !! Even though you have given the number . Then you wait and you wait to what must be the most annoying recording !! 20minutes the first time .23 minutes the second and 30 minutes the third and still no one picks up !! I have contacted their CEO in the hope he will direct someone to help me !! We will wait and see and I will be happy to update .

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I can’t get in touch with them. The phone number I rang just says ‘your parcel has been delivered, goodbye) the live chat is anything but ‘live’ it should be renamed ‘dead chat’

Got email to say parcel on way. Tried to check if it was being left in safe place. Said option not available. Tried to have it delivered at shop . Option unavailable. Phoned customer service number. Itvws robot who did not answer question. Went in live chat. Waited an hour for anyone to respond. When they did they said they couldn’t do anything ad parcel had not been delivered. 😂This company is a joke. I would never order anything thst would be delivered by them. Last parcel was taken back to depot although we were in house. He didn’t ring the bell and husband caught a glance of him backing down drive but couldn’t catch. Do NOT USE
