Was waiting for delivery all day Finally they have the slot times Showing like 2-3 stops away And.. Sorry we won't deliver today Absolute joke

I literally saw the driver in the building opposite mine, get in the van.. sit there for 10 mins and drive off. Then I get notified that he tried to deliver my packages. Sack these lazy drivers!

If at all there was something in Negative it would be for Yodel. The parcel was due to be delivered today between 9:55 am and 11:55 am. The driver came around 10:05 am and said that the parcel is their another van and they shall bring it .. it’s 17:49 hrs now and still have not got it. I had all plans cancelled to collect the parcel

Waste of time. Had my parcel at there depo for a week now. Soposed to of been delivered. If I want a parcel delivered, it won't be with you!

Absolutely incompetent!!!! I had to stand outside my house in the cold to flag the driver down to get my delivery. Even so they still managed to go to the wrong house. I waited in for 3 days for the delivery, the first 2 days they didn’t even try to deliver, they said they’d ‘missed me’ when I was home all the time. I would advise buyers not to purchase from companies who use Yodel.

Absolutely everything about this company is unprofessional. Their website, how difficult it is to even access the live chat. A parcel took from the 2nd January to the 17th to arrive. I got no email or text or code to access the Pod to get the parcel. I was on live chat with quite a few of their staff and it’s not their fault it’s the people at the top of this unbelievably terrible service. I had to setup an account with Yodel, keeps logging me out, just to check the updates, I then got told my username and password was incorrect. I wanted to ad the tracking number if the company wishes to reply but can’t log in to get it. I will repeat the staff on live chat had limited access to helping me find out where the package was. I even said I would just drive to one of the depots if they just give me the phone number of the depot and they couldn’t do that. Bizarre!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst delivery service I have ever received and their customer service is just as bad. Paid over £100 worth of stuff on Ninja, still haven't received it, but they "attempted" to deliver it twice, cancelled plans both days to stay in, followed the delivery tracker all day, sat by the door and phone and not a peep. Liars to say the least, no attempt was made and no card was left. I contacted them as soon as I got an email saying they attempted delivery and suddenly the driver is out of the area and I have to wait 24hrs, this happened twice... Shocking service, will never ever use them again, I'll be lucky if I even receive this package. They assume we all have nothing to do and don't have busy lives to just be sitting by the door for an "attempted delivery" package. Useless

Worse of the worse - would rather have my tooth pulled than deal with this company again... They don't even allow you to complain to them - they just shut you off - have never dealt with such a rude company before - they obviously don't care as they don't even a complaints page..

So I ordered from george asda and yodel was supposed to deliver my order on the 16th of January so they say that they need more information of my house address so they didn't deliver it on the delivery date and tried to phone them but only speaking to a robot lady and not a real human people and managed to deliver it on the 17th of January it a rubbish service they need to sort there systems company or they need to closed the company service down will never use them again at all

Awful service. They left a big parcel on the door step when no one was home and didn’t bother to leave it in a safe space or with neighbours. My house is on a very busy road where the parcel was clearly obvious and was therefore stolen.

Yodal have had problems since xmas 2024 for me and I'm no longer going to use them on platform ebay and vinted - the delays will cost you money or product or both. Get in your settings and remove this delivery option. I have contacted them and they won't commit to a delivery date and just give you the run around.

Horrific service. The parcels arrive in our delivery depot next day and then just sit there for weeks, had to collect 5 parcels from there befors christmas and now the same again more parcels just sitting there. Might as well close the company down.

Parcel says out for delivery for days then never arrives. Contact live chat who promise its coming today and again never arrives. Asked to raise a complaint and wouldn't give me info for raising the complaint

Just had the most awful experience with Yodel, I placed an order from eBay who used Yodel to deliver, I had a message on eBay from Yodel "we have your parcel and will deliver on Monday Jan the 6th" imagine my suprise on Monday going into eBay that it said " Your item has been delivered" funny because I have a sprained ankle so housebound for a while, the only caller was the postman. Reported it immediately to the seller saying its a lie and where is the proof and photo, informed eBay, tried to contact Yodal ? that's impossible it's a machine. eBay closed the case saying the seller had proof of delivery, if he did why didn't I ? eBay said get proof? Ye right from a machine. Yodel is in trouble but not telling anyone. Avoid at all costs and dont expect help from eBay anymore either.

Star rating correlates directly to the % success rate of using them to deliver Vinted parcels. They promise a delivery service that they can't provide and when you contact them there is 0% customer service because their contract is with Vinted and not the buyer/seller. How these guys are still allowed to do business and take people's money I have no idea, they're a scam and it's only a matter of time before they're shut down. Parcels "delivered" then returned to Yodel within a couple of hours with no time for collection, marked as collected when they haven't been so they can boast a higher success rate, damaged parcels returned to sender 3 weeks later. Save yourself the trouble and stick to Royal Mail.

Very bad and very poor customer service. My parcel was in their warehouse and they didn't deliver it to me on the right day. I communicated via chat the first time and in the middle of the conversation, the person who was talking to me simply left the conversation without saying anything! Then I called them and a lady there answered me but with a very bad network signal! Among other things, she told me that my address was correct and he didn't know why they hadn't delivered the item to me on the right day! Really really disappointing!

Do not bother applying for a self employed delivery driver role, you will get paid less than minimum wage & be rushing around like a mad man! Still waiting on my wages after 5 weeks & the level of communication is beyond disgusting . Managers thinking they can just ignore my calls/messages when they are suppose to be there to help! Now I’m having to take a drive to depot which is 40 mins away just to find out what is going on with my wages!! Stay away from yodel unless you want to be treated like an idiot ??!!
