Yodel in my experience of buying items from various retailers both on ebay and other sources are the worst delivery firm they do not seem to have any consistent pickup of consignments even when a hub is close by they are never on time. I will never buy anything on line If the delivery firm is yodel.

Failed to deliver on a Friday saying they couldn’t find my address. Planned re delivery for the Monday missing the Sunday birthday even after I contacted them on the Friday through live chat.

Worst courier company you can use, incompetent lazy drivers, one threw parcel over my fence in to a puddle and got soaking wet. Driver never even attempted to ring my doorbell. Then recently an item I ordered was delivered to someone else. When I questioned this I would as told that it was signed for by me! When I checked the tracking you can clearly see a photo of a woman receiving the parcel and I'm obviously a male. So either the person who recievd the parcel used my (males) name or the courier just wrote my name down. Yodel are a proper cowboy outfit, not to be trusted and they're customer service is non existent.

Poor communication, two week delay and yet to receive delivery. Kept being told via live chat that the parcel will be delivered that day and to expect a two hour delivery window which never appears.

My item which I had been waiting for for several weeks finally reached England. Once I got the tracking number and realised it was Yodel my heart sank. Now, after Yodel have had it in their care for over a week it turns out it has been lost. I can't say I'm surprised - I'm really not. I am appalled though that this company can still function with so many misdemeanors occurring so frequently. Lost parcels are practically synonymous with the name Yodel. I wish there were some way I could stress my anger and disappointment more.

Bad service and very rude deliver guy. He left my heavy box in-front the reception and not to my address where it’s supposed to be delivered. As a single mom there is no one other to carry it with me. He left me without help. Shame on you. It’s very disappointing that Tesco and Marketplace work with a such a very bad service. I will never make an order again.

They say they delivered and supplied a picture of parcel in porch. It was not our porch. Our security camera does not show any activity at the time of supposed delivery. Yodel say they delivered to postcode but won't tell me what house number. They tell me to contact the seller for a refund. You can't speak to a human on the telephone. Customer service is worse than useless. DO NOT USE THEM EVER !!!!!

1 place to drop they say my barcode was whrong and they not have a machine for label need pay other barcode … I refuse … I went in a 2 place in Oxford Circus than they say 30x30x20 is too big they only collect letter and they refuse to take Than I went in a 3th place in zone 1 near Bond Street and they wasn’t take the parcell … they ask me to spent money and buy stuff from they place to collect my parcel, if no they was refuse to take the parcel … than I spent ££££ on the store and they confirm my barcode and they take the parcel … PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST … I never seee a place ask to pay for ghive a free service …. Disgusting I spent more in the store than the value of the label please 100% AVOID

Disgustung service and dodgy company. The delivery driver from yodel stole my parcel and then uploaded a fake picture with someone elses address claiming that he delivered the item. When i kept checking tracking it kept showing he was in my area according to the maps.... but yet never came to deliver the item. Then 1 hour after it was supposed to be delivered he puts into his device that he delivered it with a picture of an address that is not mine which i can proove. Then also the parcel in the fake picture does not match the size of the item i ordered which is a large mattress. The fake picture showed a parcel that was no bigger then a large book. More proof it was stolen. The website itself is designed in such a way that the company can avoid all accountability. They give you a number to call 03447550117 that just connects you to an automated machine that just diverts you to the website. But on the website the automated chat does not let you chat to an online customer services team. There is no human contact to explain these issues to and no online chat platform that works. So basically you cannot report stolen items to anyone in this company. AVOID ! AVOIS! AVOID! at all costs.

Yodel was supposed to pick up an item. It was booked and I stayed home all day. Allegedly the driver couldn't get access to the property. Another of Yodel incompetence and lies. Rearranged for the following Friday. Allegedly, the driver came and was told that there was no item to be picked up. Once again, Yodel lies and incompetence. A wardrobe was supposed to be delivered. The driver couldn't find the address. Still waiting.

Didn't even call at my house you had 12 drops left then we received a email telling us we were out and you couldn't deliver not true we had a teenage boy sat for nearly 3 hours waiting for his trainers he bought with his Saturday job wages 😡he was tracking the van all afternoon it missed out our estate went to the local garage and then the other side of town 🤔 then 11 drop's left and sorry we couldn't deliver 🤬🤬🤬we have CCTV and screen shots of the live tracker.

I got two cards through the letterbox saying that they attempted to deliver the parcel but nobody was in. I then booked a redelivery for the Saturday which was ignored and I got another card on the friday saying that the parcel was being returned to the depot and would have to be collected. There were no details of the depot address so I tried the online chat. The person was worse than useless and didn't want to give me the address for the depot. After numerous calls I was able to speak to a person who gave me an address for the depot which turns out is on completely the opposite end of the town to were it actually is. Thankfully somebody at another delivery firm was able to point me in the right direction. Why people insist on using this firm I don't know. If i could give a lower score than 1 star I would.

AVOID THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY! This company is as bad as Hermes(Evri) Last time I will use this scummy, thieving, scamming, lying, disrespectful, rotten company again!!! Should give an option for no stars, they don’t deserve even one star. How this company has managed to survive this long is beyond me and reading the reviews here proves my point even more about how this “business” is complete trash. I don’t say this lightly when I say this business is a complete scam. Did not deliver my items (3 times this has happened as I ordered through Vinted but this third time is the last) drivers are completely lazy and make ZERO attempt to deliver your parcels. No ringing at the door despite me being home. I live on the top floor of a flat and they always leave them with neighbours on the ground floor down the road (to people I respectfully do not speak to.) Went to complain to customer service and they tried to blame it on the seller??? They lied saying someone would get in touch with me to resolve this issue and sent me a FAKE email to make a further complaint. (The email was not valid/did not exist.) They then ended the chat and did not deliver my parcel. Will be avoiding this company and making sure others do too. Scam, scam, scam.

My boyfriend and I are long distance for the summer and he ordered flowers and chocolate to my house to cheer me up while I miss him. Yodel have completely messed up the order and won’t redeliver for a week. When my boyfriend told them that a week isn’t good enough, they cancelled the order completely without asking him. Absolute joke of a delivery service

My parcel supposed to arrive today. Yesterday I set up on app the safe place (shed) also on my door is note to leave in shed. And today I arrived from work just before 7pm. Been in the house and 7.15 got an email ' sorry we missed you ', I went out check the door there is no card on anything left by courier. He did not try deliver my parcel at all! My safe place was set up, and he did not left a card or anything. Propably he just did not wanted waste his time to deliver it and scan a parcel in the van that I was not in, even if I been !!! Do not use this sh*** service ...

I'd give you zero if I could. Package, which was damaged and ripped, was thrown through our gate. Looking at our security camera, no attempt was made by whoever delivered to open our unlocked gates. If we hadn't been in, the books would have been soaked. Conveniently you can't upload images as evidence!!

They did arrive to try and deliver a package, and went to the front door. We were all round the side of the house. There were 3 cars in the drive, and we were easily visible. The driver just went away and we received an email saying we were not in, and they would come back the next day. Well, they did not come back the next day. I supply CCTV for my job, and our house is covered in cameras. I know for a fact that they did not come back. I have no idea when I will receive my package now.

Just had yodel knock on my door when I Wes in bed the did not give me time to get up and open the door next the went off with my parcel. So don’t know when the will come back or if I have to find where it’s being taken Back to the local depot This lady is just useless why not just leave it outside my porch then tack it back
