Left food parcel exposed to the elements. Didnt leave in safe secure dry location. After 9 days of discussion with yodels customer care team I still await a full refund or reimbursement of the products left exposed. Yodel say they have carried out their contractural requirements but clearly they have not.

There tracking say out for delivery arriving today and it should have arrived yesterday and when you inquire they say it’s arriving tomorrow You wait in all day This is the second time it’s happened In my opinion this is a very unprofessional organisation with little regards to customer relations

if i could give zero i would in fact if i could give minus 5 that would be better yesterday 6 stops from me driver quits and i missed my delivery like it was my fault then they tried again today and he quit 8 stops from me im told i will get it tomorrow but i aint holding my breath well i got a call today 29th lady from yodel assured me a manager from middleton yodel would personally be delivering my parcel and guess what she lied no one came with my parcel

Why do suppliers use this excuse of a company, the parcel l ordered was posted to the wrong address, they showed a picture of a wooden door with silver letter box, my front door is glass and the metal postbox is at the rear of the premises, Yodel have agreed that they posted parcel through wrong letter box, the supplier has seen the pictures but still says because Yodel app says parcel has been delivered l have received the parcel they have taken Yodels word and that l have received the parcel, got in touch with Yodel asking for email confirming that they posted through wrong address, was told it could take 7-14 days because of a backlog of emails needing processed.

Do Yodel delivery drivers ever actually attempt delivery!? First day apparently delivered but turns out it was reported as delivered by mistake. Second day attempted delivery although somehow never made it to my house Third day…. Nothing! Chat bot no help whatsoever and as Yodel mistakenly reported my order as delivered on the first day, the sender thinks it’s job done and can’t help either. Great!!

How do they have 4 stars on Trust Pilot? They are abysmal. I’ve been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a parcel. It’s impossible to speak to a human and the tracking information is completely made up. Looks like my nephew won’t be getting his Christmas present now.

Don’t deliver on rescheduled date, don’t leave calling card for first attempt and won’t allow collection for over a week, webchat unhelpful, awful courier company!

I waited all day, at 20:00 updates said I was the next stop, I waited outside. A white van appears on other side of the road, he was a delivery driver waited ten mins in his van and drove off. No one came into the building and then the update disappeared. No slot no failed delivery I do waste my time with companies like Yodel. Idid not know that laithwaites use Yodel I have never had a positive experience with you Take your order back and refund me. I will go back to Virgin their wines are not as good but their delivery service is honest and reliable I took the day off work for this. I am away for Christmas and needed some of these wines for presents. I have complained to Laithwaites and want a response from them I am disgusted

Unfortunately 0 stars isn't an option. Claimed to have tried to deliver. I was at home with poorly baby so was definitely in. Even if I was not they could have left with neighbour in small block of flats (like every other courier does), as they work from home. Sent parcel back to sender quickly. Price of item now £50 more because its no longer in the sale. Plus my daughter won't get her Christmas present in time for Christmas day. Item was ordered in late Nov in the Black Friday sales, ample time for delivery. Very very disappointed and not the first issue with this company. It's beyond me why anyone would willingly use them.

The only helpful person was Maxine in the local depot , the chat is a waste of time, I was told they tried delivering three times which was a lie as I checked cctv on the times given and did not show, said they couldn't find the address after i gave it on numerous chats but we managed to have about 100 deliveries from other carriers on the supposed days, avoid absolutely shocking service.

Absolutely useless delivery driver couldn't be bothered to knock and let me know the parcel has arrived, I am still waiting for a parcel the idiot supposedly delivered a few day ago, to the wrong address. It's a waste of time complaining to yodel as they obviously don't care about customer service.

Firstly what is the point of giving you the delivery change option , when it’s completely ignored and delivered on a completely different day you’ve NOT asked for, without any notification . Then because we weren’t in , was returned to sender . On trying to retrieve my parcel , yodel ignored my sender for two days !!. Taking the situation into my own hands, I tried ringing the help line which is useless!! Just cuts you off after stating it’s returned to sender. I tried the web chat , after being told it was returned to sender, then got cut off yet again . After another attempt contacting the web chat I was told it was the incorrect details even though they were the same details I gave the first and second time . Totally useless !!! My order has been resent by the sender using a different courier service . I will be reluctant to ever use yodel again !!!!!

Delivered to wrong address even though my address is very easy to find. Now I'm spending time struggling to retrieve it from the house it was wrongly delivered to.

Where to start? Parcel delivered to god know's where... And despite days of trying to find out what happened and still no parcel, and 3 days of broken promises from the live chat team, still no parcel and no idea of when it will come.. Do not trust a word their support team says - they just read from the script and hope you will give up and go away... £4.50 for a rubbish service from a rubbish company... I don't necessarily blame the drivers - they are probably paid peanuts and expected to deliver too many parcels in a single shift.. its a corporate culture issue.

I know it’s Christmas but you’ve had my next day delivery which I paid £7 for ! For 2 weeks now! And I’ve waited patiently for it ! To be lied to! You have never attempted to even knock on my door! I live in a terrace street and it’s quiet no excuse! Just pure incompetence

Will never, knowingly, order again from a company who use Yodel as their delivery agents. Two Christmas plants overdue for delivery, one was supposed to come last Friday, the other on Saturday. At the moment, according to the app info, the are still sitting in the depot! Have 'spoken' to the Chat Line twice but all you get is their scripted text that you will get a two-hour window for delivery, some hope! I also tried their Customer Service number in the hope that I could talk to a human being but all you get is a Chat Bot who gives you options and then when 'she' runs out of them, cuts you off! If nothing arrives today I'm cancelling my order!@

Avoid at all cost. I cannot express my unhappiness with yodel. "customer service" don't listen to customers questions, they will click the button and send the automatic reply, with apologies we do understand... no they don't My parcel is in on the road for days now. I paid but I cannot get it. I don't know how can i get that delivered at all and when.

Terrible experience Still haven’t received parcel that i absolutely regret ever purchasing. If i k ew that this is so inflexible, would never order. And hope i will never have change to user yetel ever… for those who work, this is impossible. Or if you decide to travel to another city to collect it. I am at work, i cant stay to wait the whole day for that.
