Shocking company. Zero customer service and their drivers tell lies. I have spent 3 attempts and over an hour trying to contact their ‘dead chat’ line. No one is there. DO NOT USE this hopeless company

Pay £100 for a next day Saturday delivery, Which they say is being delivered then cancel and say they are too busy to deliver my parcel, Even worse they cancel another two also to be delivered that day! Why sell a service you cannot provide?

Worst delivery company out there. Delays then lost items then lies as to what happened. Awfully frustrating experience that I’d never wish on anyone, maybe except Yodel management… If your seller uses Yodel I’d buy from elsewhere…

My parcel was due to be delivered on the 22/8/2024 on the 23/8/2024 they said they had it at their Kilmarnock depot so I phoned them, automated message and when I gave the delivery code it said it wmight be delivered on the 27/8/2024, absolutely unacceptable yodel must be the worst delivery company on planet earth and I will never again order with a company who uses them because they are completely useless

Just a general comment. Out of four Yodel deliveries There was one parcel broken ‘undeliverable’ at the depot.One item was contaminated and ruined by WD40! One was delivered satisfactorily and yesterday delivery ‘between 1500hr to 1700 hr Never arrived.. Checked the tracking which indicated it was back at the depot awaiting next driver! FFS!

Can never get through to customer services ..close on a Monday and tracker numbers never work ..delivery drivers just dump your parcel anywhere just do t care this is one of the worst delivery companies going no wonder they get so many complaints and poor ratings

Rude, could not be bothered to deliver to me, up my steps, so she got in the van and took my parcels with her, told Robert Dyas that it was damaged, which it wasn’t, lazy rude and would never use again

My item should have been delivered to store but wasn't there tried for three days to collect. The live chat is a waste of time, no help whatsoever, sick of items going missing, or texting to say item delivered but not at collection point, worst courier service ever I will avoid at all costs. As you will end up out of pocket.

How, honestly, does this company stay in business? They get your parcel, tell you they've got your parcel, then sit on your parcel for week. No changes on the tracker. Then out of the blue, someone chucks your package at your front door, and scarpers. Live chat is a serious misnomer. Tried calling? Yeah, right. Unfortunately, many of my suppliers are Chinese companies and they all seem to use them. Cheap, I suppose. It's beyond belief/credibility/all probability that it still has a pulse. Someone, please put it out of its misery. And us.

Yodel always is late for my delivery!! Always!! If it says delivery from 2-3 days then at the end it takes week

1) there was no attempt to deliver. I know of this as a fact because i was at home 15/08 and 16/08. 2) no one from Yodel has attempted to contact me, the recipient, for any additional information required to deliver the parcel. A quick phone call should suffice if the delivery staff is unable to locate me-- which shouldn't be the case as I don't live in the middle of nowhere and have accessible entry 3) there is no access code required for the property, which I have already mentioned

3 parcels returned to sender as they can't find my address (other couriers and Royal Mail can) 1 parcel given to a stranger as per photo attached. One man handing it to another on a patch of waste ground it appears, and they say that is proof I received it. Very funny ha ha. Lost a bargain pair of shoes I had bought. Hope you enjoy wearing them!!

Absolutely terrible company that needs to be investigated by trading standards and,indeed the department for trade. Useless with deliveries, lack of accountability and customer service does not do anything.

My parcel has not been delivered. I left safe place instructions and the driver ignored these and still has my parcel. YODEL claim driver left a calling card, unfortunately that's a lie, no card left.

You claim to have posted a package through my letterbox . you are liars. I was in the whole day watching the path . my door wide open ..I have multiple sensory disabilities communication by text is the best method to get things across to yodel .After sending numerous texts about my situation I still did not get a reply . yodel severely lack customer care and are insulting towards disabled people . Don't,repeat Don't. Use them

If I could give zero I would. The driver claims he couldn't find the property. Their tracking service clearly shows the correct vicinity of the property. If he had stopped his van & got out of it, he would clearly see the signs to my property. I waited in all morning for this package as it has to be delivered in person. I contacted the chat line 10 mins after 'failed delivery' & after loads of platitudes they said it will be delivered next day. All other courier companies can find my property. I will not order now from anyone that uses Yodel. No customer service, nothing beyond provided, simply we can not deliver it so you have to wait in another day.

Unreliable information from their app, I am still unable to get a reliable delivery date Online support is useless, they have no clue about problem solving or making any commitments
