The worst company yodel I have ever dealt with. Was supposed to receive a parcel on 17th March morning hours, it’s been evening and the parcel still shows it’s in their possession. It’s almost 5:30 pm and still I don’t have any idea when I would be receiving it. I am about to leave my work shortly and when I spoke to the chat agent he responds wait till 9 pm as if we have no other work to do and just wait for them in the office the whole day? Moreover agent disconnects the chat saying just “thank you I have done my job”. I mean seriously is this what we expect from a company that deals with clients important business? Recommending everyone not to deal With them

Worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with and not just on 1 occasion there’s been several. This weekends experience left me infuriated!!! I received a email and text message stating my parcel was ready for collection which it wasn’t, I tried to collect again the next day but still no parcel to collect. After receiving reminder texts and emails say it was still waiting for collection I spent a total of an hour and 40 minutes on 2 separate occasions on live chat advising them that my parcel was not at collection point. On both occasions I sent them a screenshot of the tracking number and was told on both occasions that it was the incorrect number and they couldn’t help me further even though I entered the same number in to tracking and it said delivered to collection point!!! No help whatsoever, absolutely shocking service. Get your act together YODEL!!!

Didnt deliver asked me tp contact them, only ai options none were useful, they wanted tp speak to me but left no way for me to contact them. I limbo with two days of my holiday ruined waiting for yodel

Terrible and unreliable courier service. Waste of money if you were hoping to get some bargains from Vinted and delivered by Yodel. Parcel was sitting for dayyyys in Bristol and apparently “delivery was attempted” and “card was left” while they obviously did not since I was working from home the whole day! Decided to just leave it and stop chasing after the parcel. £9 dress isn’t worth spending hours chasing after. Ridiculous!!

My parcel didn’t appear, couldn’t speak to anyone just got web chat twice where they assured me my delivery would be the next day, this is since Wednesday, where’s it at??

Had a scheduled delivery day and slot. Waited in for it during the slot. Checked the tracking and it said 20 stops away.. then that they could not deliver due to no one being available at the address - complete lie. Changed day to the next day, no email with delivery slot time. No attempted delivery at all. Not sure if it will ever arrive!

What a joke as a company. I purchased a postage label on ebay to send a parcel and went down to my local Co-op to drop the parcel off. This was when the problems arose. The staff said that my parcel was too big for the driver to collect and that they can only take small parcels. Flabbergated I said how do I get it sorted? The staff said I would have to take the parcel to a regional depot, so I siad where was that? Google it they said. Having Googled it the depot was 40 minutes drive away from where I live. Needless to say I have cancelled the label. There is no point complaining to Yodel as apparently they have apalling customer service and what will it achieve. Avoid at all costs, how they are still in business is a mystery.

Yodel? More like Yo-Don’t! Had a flight the same day my package was out for delivery. Given a time slot of 3:30 - 5:40 PM. Waited until 5:10—still 9 stops away. Had to leave without my parcel. Nearly missed my flight over this mess. If you’re in a hurry, avoid Yodel. Yo, don’t go there!

Failed to deliver my parcel. It arrived at the Inverness depot on 7th March. It's now the 14th March and I'm still waiting. I have contacted them three times and each time they have assured me that it will arrive the next day. They either lost it, or are just incompetent. Unfortunately the Sunday Times wine club still use them, so I'll be cancelling my subscription. Maybe they enjoy a glass of wine at the Inverness depot.

1st my parcel was delayed. Then it was delivered incorrectly. Their customer service was diabolical. There has been no follow up. This company needs to be closed down.

My parcel should be delivered on the 7th of march, I have been in contact with you everyday have given my details everyday and you have just asked again through the yodel app. I even went to your Selby depot to try and get it, only to be told by the woman there ( not looking through 4 pallets of packages now for your parcel) 24 mile round trip for nothing. The company I ordered the product from has said they will ship a new one and use a different delivery company, can you imagine getting a new parcel from Hong Kong quicker than from Selby 12 miles away. Note to yodel Having been in charge of a large number of people in the past I know the quickest way to make your workers do their job is to make a couple redundant just a thought I would really like to talk to someone about my delivery 😕

Terrible company. Told me they have attempted delivery three times when they had not. Told me they needed more delivery information when they had full address and "what three words" for the address plus a google image. Told me they needed to chat about address but I tried about eight times to speak to a human with no success. Hopeless

Yodel in my opinion has to be the worst courier.I have a subscription with a company and they are now using Yodel.My item never arrived , not even the replacement.I think that they employ useless couriers as they either cannot be bothered to look up the address as when I tracked my item the response was bad address or need clarity on my address.I live in a town not out in the sticks.

Yodel have had my parcel for a month, they say it’s because of a security problem and I need to contact the provider. I’ve contacted the provider who has given me what Yodel need and still no sign of my parcel. Will not be using them again and will instruct anyone I’m buying from that I will not buy from them if they use this company

The package is marked as delivered but I have not received it and I have been at home all day.The photo on the app shows a random piece of wood not a parcel in sight.Absolutely useless I spoke to an agent on live chat who said they will look into it. I would not recommend anyone using Yodel

Sort yourselves out Yodel!! You have a parcel of mine and there is no way of finding out where it is. Customer service robot just says it’s been returned to sender with no reason given. Why are company’s using this delivery firm?!!….

Shocking, twice now the driver has let me down saying they need more delivery information, then saying they tried to deliver it even though they apparently needed more delivery information 🤔 they didn't even come near the house, I followed them on the tracking map, my house is easy to find, the driver just can't be bothered, and disgusting customer service on the chat too, I hope to never have to deal with Yodel again.
