Yodel left my parcel on the road, nowhere near my front door, and even took a photo of it on the road as proof of delivery. Appalling service that is pretty much negligent of customers property. Any company using Yodel doesn't get my business now as I won't receive delivery anyway.

The delivery driver was across the road from my place, there was 1 stop before me, it was early in the evening, and STILL I did not receive my parcel for the third day in a row. Frustrated is an understatement. Yodel need to do some serious work on their back end systems and route guidance for drivers. Completely unfathomable and no doubt a waste of petrol and time to continue to make these errors.

One star is too much for this disgrace of a company. Waited a week for what should have been a next day delivery. Suddenly had a notification saying the parcel had been left in my porch. I don’t even have a porch!! No one ring the doorbell or knocked, I was in all day waiting, no card through the door and no actual proof of delivery!! And that’s because it HAS NOT been delivered. Over the past few months I’ve had four deliveries from yodel for missing! How this company is still in existence I do not know. They are just a bunch of thieves!

Lied about delivery status and then compounded lie by changing to packaging was damage D and they are repacking

Do not use this company. Waited in for two days for a delivery still not arrived. Got the tracking number from the sender. On checking the delivery status it says 'thank you for changing your delivery date' ????? this was not done by the sender or ourselves, make your own mind up. Why they think it is ok to deliver an item clearly to a Business address after office hours is beyond me? 9am - 5pm, then closed!!!! no where to put a message explaining office hours?

0 stars. Yodel have lost 4 of my parcels this month (May 2022). All sent on different days but all have managed to vanish once in the hands of Yodel, what exactly are they doing with all this parcels, stealing? Binning? I will never use this company again.

Claimed "parcel was delivered to safe place", claimed "we left a card", claimed "we have emailed you the proof of delivery", got nothing. Disgraceful liar.

I would give Yodel 0 stars if I could! They allegedly attempted delivery of a parcel twice, no cards left and no communication at all. I contacted the retailer from whom I made the purchase to establish a tracking number to find out the information, attempted to pick up the parcel from the depot to find they had apparently sent it back the previous day. Retailer is unaware the parcel has been returned. Yodel you are THE WORST! Taking money under false pretences 🤬

I do not think yodel listens to customers waiting to receive deliveries they say card left lie next day delivery lie I do not know why yodel is still in business at all worst delivery company in the world but then you do not listen to the customer's ignore comments so why even make a review when you obviously don't read them unless its good comments so why bother

Incompetent driver and support teams. 5 days for next day delivery and still not delivered. Ordered incontinence pants with next day delivery on Tuesday and it’s now Sunday any Yodel still haven’t completed the delivery. I have had several online ‘chats’ with their agents and also raised a complaint via email with their CEO Complaints team - all to no avail. The story I keep getting is that their driver can’t find my house (in three attempts) ! EVERY OTHER DELIVERY COMPANY AND DRIVER I HAVE USED IN THE YEAR WE HAVE LIVED HERE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS FINDING IT AT ALL !!! I was in contact again yesterday and escalated to a supervisor who said because they tried (and failed) three times I now have to drive 40 miles to collect the parcel. Even though the deliveries failed due to an incompetent Yodel driver. I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO DO THIS BUT YODEL DON’T CARE. The CEO team and chat supervisor have supposedly emailed the depot manager with feedback but my delivery still failed. It seems this driver is Teflon coated !

Was told item delivered and handed to customer. I am the customer and nobody has delivered or handed any item to me. I've waited all day and now the item has been delivered to God knows where. Its disgraceful

Trying to track my order. Phoned the contact number given. The courier states Yodel have not updated the website and changed his number. He does not work there any more! Tried webchat. Palash at Yodel Customer Service ended the chat before I could enter my query. Still waiting for some help on my delivery from Robert Dyas. If it does not come as promised today I shall involve Robert Dyas! Some Customer Service!

Parcel never arrived, tracking does not work and the parcel has just disappeared! You can never get through to an advisor it is all a waste of time. Dreadful service the worst in deliveries . The worst of it you have to wait ages to get a refund while the company investigates.

Received email and text advising parcrl delivered to porch. I don’t have a porch and NO PARCEL ANYWHERE. No photo supplied. My cctv shod no visitors all day. So DISHONEST DRIVER. DONT USE YODEL.

All day waiting for the parcel at home, got a missed delivery email. Online chat claimed that my address was probably hard to find or there were problems with the nav system. Never had any kind of problems before, I live in a well known street and the door number couldn’t be easier to find. What a joke.

Had the misfortune to order a cake from Partypieces with " next day" delivery available at a premium, unfortunately to my horror I found that they used Yodel as the designated courier, had I known this, this company is the most unprofessional, unreliable and uncaring of any of the UK Carriers, having eventually levered a tracking no from party pieces, and chased up my much needed goods, I have Been told that I'd moved house and that the goods had been returned to sender!!. Plenty of very much better couriers are available out there, do yourself a favour and choose another, these clowns deserve to fail.

I probably would've understood if it was a very heavy parcel. I just don't understand the point. Firstly, the way he rang the doorbell - he kept pressing the buzzer I was alone in the flat with a baby, there are 2 working lifts. The driver still did not deliver. He apparently left it in front of the lift. My building is also the entrance to the community centre. I am so disappointed, I don't think he would've liked if this was done to him, unfortunately, didn't get my parcel and the status is delivered.

Second time I've had bother with parcels being delivered from Yodel, first was a parcel left on my door step in the rain, today I had an email saying we are sorry we missed you! I've been in all day, rang the delivery driver for him to say he couldn't get in the back gate! I'm not surprised it's locked! Use the front door like all other delivery drivers! What a total shamble of a company this in, I wish I could of left -0 stars. Avoid this company they're terrible.

We ordered roof bars for car courier was yodel parcel never delivered the driver states he delivered parcel and handed to jack I'm the only male that resides at my home I'm not called jack. Yodel said I should check with neighbours which I did none of them have package and non. are called jack I told yodel that I'm a military veteran with a specific body part missing and told them to ask the driver to describe me as I'm the only person in house at the house the time they said package delivered. They then told me to contact seller for refund or the despatch of a new item which they refuse due to yodel saying package has been delivered do not use this company they are a scouse rip off merchant
