Driver allegedly delivered my parcel to my back door! Saw photo where dropped off & that nowhere resembles where I live! To get to my door, he would have to be Spider-Man as I live in an enclosed upstairs property. Rubbish website to try & contact. Avoid yodel at all costs!!!!

I would give 0 out of any number if I could. I have told that my parcel was due today. I check on the Web site and it said it has been at the depot for 3 days. I used the automated phone line that sent me a message to say that it was indeed at the depot. The seller says it has been sent 3 days ago to the depot. I email them after seeing other people's concerns. I have just had a hideous phone call. Apparently it was coming from America. Then it wasn't actually coming from Amaerica but if it had been then there would be a delay like this. But even with the Web site and the auto phone sending me information to say it was at the depot. The person said that it wasn't and tried to blame everyone else. I was just going round in circles for ages on the phone. I guess it is stuck in the Midlands and has either disappeared there or forgotten about. They say it has to get to Leeds. I even with my disabilities could have got it up here in that time. I was made to feel that Leicester was the back of the moon and they only have one old horse and cart to get it moving. Frustration is not the word. They have achieved one thing. That is complete utter failure at delivery and then customer service. Worse than pathetic is best I can say for them.

I ordered a parcel which said it had been delivered and handed to customer. I was in all day and no parcel arrived. I spoke to yodel on webcam and they said they would investigate. Next day I received a text saying that the driver confirmed delivery to proper address and handed to customer. ALL LIES. Luckily for me a young girl came round the same day with my parcel and said it had been delivered to no 58, I am no 46 and it had been left round the back of the house. An old man lives at no 58 and the young lady pops round every so often to check on him and that is when she saw my parcel. It could have been there for days had the young lady not popped over. I hate it when people lie and these drivers are supposed to be offering a service. I rarely complain about things but it enraged me to feel that I was being accused of not telling the truth. Yodel, I suggest you take a closer look at the people you employ and one of the reasons I have written this complaint is that it is impossible to talk to anyone at yodel directly.

Waited 2 days for parcel and each time a leaflet has been left but no one had knocked, Rang the delivery person and got nothing but attitude

Unable to update delivery instructions as website didn't allow and driver just dumped parcel on front doorstep in full view of street and walked off. Seems to be the norm these days. Thankfully suppliers I purchase from now offer alternative courier options and Yodel won't be one of them...

Yodel failed to deliver my parcel even though I had set a date. There were no updates as to why. The live chat function only told me what I already knew that my parcel was late and to wait till 9pm. I have no idea where my parcel is ,when it will be delivered and no communication from them.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Argos. If they don't have it in store it has to come from the warehouse. Via Yodel. I waited in and was tracking the parcel all morning. It was all quiet in my flat so I could hear the intercom. I live in a tower block. The tracking said I was next. I waited then I got a message saying there had been no one in and a card had been left. Nothing but lies! I guess it was too much trouble to get in a lift up to the 10th floor. So the courier just didn't bother. I wasn't going to mess about. I rang Argos and pointed out that thanks to their delivery, or rather non delivery, service, I was cancelling the order, thereby losing them a customer and I would get it from somewhere else. I just don't trust Yodel and don't want to do business with any company that uses them.

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a delivery of any kind. No warning of delivery. No possibility to talk to anyone on the phone to reschedule - just some frankly completely useless people on their useless live chat. Just a massive joke really. Steer well clear unless you want to have several days of your life ruined

Expecting a parcel from Debenhams I don’t have a tracking number as they said would email it when it’s out for delivery. Returned home this morning to find a card saying parcel by back door, no time no date and no parcel. Did live chat with Yodel who informed me they can’t help as after giving them the card number it’s the wrong name and address on parcel, the parcel they say they delivered but didn’t and it’s against data protection. Really don’t know why any business uses these jokers

Do not use this company tracking I worse than useless and parcels get stuck in their system and become overdue with no knowledge of when they will be delivered

If zero stars was an option I would. Should have delivered my parcel Wednesday, driver ran into a delay no further update on tracking. Spoke to them via Web chat Thursday and told they would deliver my parcel that day, it didn't arrive. Spoke to them Friday assured my parcel was at the local depot and would be delivered that day, parcel never arrived. Spoke to them Saturday, they have lost my parcel and to contact the sender. Asked to make a complaint and a manager to call. Told the call would be within the hour, I'm still waiting. Absolutely disgusting service that fobs you off and lies to you. Why any company still uses them to send parcels is beyond me. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Parcel supposed to be delivered on Wednesday- nothîng. Yodel app stated ‘Out for Delivery’ on Thursday morning. Since then, no update and no parcel. I spoke with Customer Services on Friday morning - ´very sorry sir, it’s on the van for delivery today’. Result: nothing delivered and app still stating ´Out for Delivery’ with Thursday’s date. I spoke again with Customer Services on Saturday - ´sorry it’s been mislaid- please contact your seller’. Not only does this company lose parcels, it waits until you contact them to tell you. Poor service- avoid .

I have given Yodel glowing reviews in the past but I have been waiting for a parcel delivery for 5 days now tracking has not been updated from day 1 sender is making lame excuses for them because I suspect they know more than they are letting on I'm afraid this company has gone to pot sellers beware use other parcel delivery companies if you don't want a bad reputation

Is less than 1 star an option? Tracking didn't give updates, driver didn't respond to calls or text, driver didn't leave calling cards. Customer service were the opposite of helpful. Advised for 2 days I would get my package that day, and then told I would have to collect from my local depot, a 50 mile round trip. Hardly local! Please use ANY other delivery service, even carrier pigeon would be more efficient

I was not at home when Yodel attempted to deliver my items. Yodel left a card which stated on it that they would deliver the next day. Needless to say they didn’t. The Amazon site shows that the items have been delivered while, at the same time, Yodel claim that the items are in their depot. I contacted Yodel on the third available delivery day and was told that I’d ‘probably’ get them that day - I didn’t. It’s now the fourth day and there’s still no sign. No surprise that they are rated ‘one star’ and that they have only a 2% recommendation rating. Very poor service.
