Lost??? Or stolen parcel!!! If there is zero I will give zero. A huge parcel was posted to me I have used Collect plus but Yodel delivering the parcel this time. My parcel contains bag, shoes and clothes as Christmas gift. Tracking shows misrouted and redirected until there was no movement inside there sorting hub. I made a lot of calls, chats and emails where most of the customer service are not very helpful. Now they said the parcel got lost and I have to claim. Not all parcel are replaceable of their claim! I have entrusted my parcel but they fail to deliver it securely. No one can explain to me how a huge parcel got lost in their care unless someone got interest on it! As they can't explain how it got lost I said it is not lost it was stolen! As parcel that huge will not walk on its own! Very disappointing and very upsetting. Better get a reputable and reliable courier.

Tracking was brill up to the time came up delivered but not delivered to me the parcel was clearly addressed to me No 19 The incompetent idiot left it out the back at No 12 with a card thro the door although was said needed signed for . The honest lady at 12 came to me confused as to why it was left with her . I contacted customer service 3 times at YODEL With no success in fact I was cut off mid conversation on the third time .

Had an issue with the package, but Yodel didn't bother to message or email, just sat on it until I fortunately tracked it. Then they sent the package to Hatfield where they have now apparently lost it (to be kind to them).

I've had 3 emails to say there was attempted delivery. Not true I'm home all the time. When I contacted chat customer support they tell me address doesnt match my phone number or email address. When I ask where are they attempting to deliver to- they say they can't tell me but it's definitely not where I am...but I am home!!! WORST COMPANY EVER

absolutely THE WORST delivery service and customer service ever! please avoid if you don't want a stressful process just to receive your item or order. I ordered from Missy Empire twice and both times being delivered by yodel - NEVER AGAIN! I will not order from Missy Empire just to avoid these guys. All Companies should start listing their delivery partners on their sites so customers are informed before making a decision on whether to order from them or not. it is dishonest an unethical especially when you are aware how awful their service is! just because they provide a cheap service does not mean it will be a quality service. YODEL please stop trading.

Wish I’d read all these reviews beforehand!!! Total waste of my time this week trying to get a parcel from the Southampton depot to Solent Airport, how hard can that be? Answer impossible. All the excuses including cannot find the address, it’s an airport!! Customer service advising the driver is nowhere near on their tracking device and the matter has been escalated to the highest level but even they can’t be bothered to get in touch. Inept not a word I have felt the need to use but in this case totally warranted. Avoid at all costs.

Yodel tried apparently to deliver to my business 4 times without success. They never left a card to say they had tried to deliver and never left parcel without next door who all other carriers leave parcels if we are not in. Parcel was returned to sender and I needed it desperately. Totally utterly useless !!!

Shouldn't even have 1 Star - Waited all day for a delivery that the drier decided he couldn't be arsed delivering! Said I wasn't in! It's an office block, and there is even a reception if he couldn't quite make it to my office. Tried to contact a real person at Yodel to say I was there till 6.30pm could he kindly deliver my parcel as I was infact in. The Web chat person cut me off! Disgusting!

Parcel arrived from yodel in Hayes branch was delivered by a woman in her 50 and it absolutely stank of cigarettes so much so I had to wear plastic disposable gloves and open outside in the garden and bin the delivery bag in garden bin extremely unpleasant.

Parcel was due to be delivered between 11.07am and 13.07pm today. No delivery made. Contacted Yell to be told that the delivery driver was unable to gain access to the property (see pic attached). The delivery address was a business address with a large open car park at the front!! Webchat only fobs you off with niceties that your complaint is heard but cannot provided any confirmation of anything will be done to arrange the delivery again for today. Leaves you feeling very frustrated and angry. P.S I am still waiting for the email that is supposed to be sent by the depot confirming re-delivery of my item today .

Yet again Yodel failed miserably - Claimed they have made the delivery, yet again it's not here. How on earth can Yodel be so incompetent and dire at what they do. Honestly Yodel have consistently performed woefully time and time again. So much so that when I see which courier is delivering and its Yodel, my heart sink knowing it will be another f#'@ up.

Was expecting exercise bike for Christmas Delivery was between 18-22 dec noticed on phone that tracking that it said it had been delivered, so were is my parcel, we were in all dayand have cctv and no one called at our house the delivery note on phone says htc, thats handed to costomer, sorry not me There call centre said they would look into it and investigate the driver,so am not expecting to see my bike any time soon My advice make sure you know who the sellers of your orders courier company are before you press the buy button

Every time without exception I have a delivery from Yodel it is a complete disaster, they lie about delivery they cant find your address and the latest one is they have delivered my parcel 200 miles away but were told I have moved ( I have been living at my address for 25 years) 🤣🤣🤣 they will say anything to cover up the total incompetence I always urge sellers to not use Yodel. I have had 40 parcels in the last few weeks from various couriers ..1 hasnt arrived..guess who! Give up Yodel your useless

Parcel should have been delivered Monday(Dec 14th) driver claimed he couldn't access my property (my front garden has no gate or fence) and then again today, driver this time claimed he couldn't find the property? Customer service were worse than useless I will not use service again and advise others not to either

Yodel as a company has serious issues - it is suffering from poor management, and it does not seem to have any control over it's drivers . I ordered some goods - delivery company was Yodel - delivery date was missed as goods were being delivered to my place of work and we were closed by the time the driver MAY have attempted to deliver . The favourite message is ..."unable to locate address...", which is interesting as we are on a major road and the driver at the second attempt delivered another parcel to our address but could not find mine on his van , was not prepared to look for it so left . Official reason for non delivery on tracking .... "unable to locate address...' Third attempt , I am watching the tracking and as it gets closer and closer to my delivery .. 3 drops to go ... up comes ... yes ..."unable to locate address"... Drivers are clearly at it - management is unable to control and manage . The answer is simple - a dose of unemployment for them all and I am sure service levels will improve - shocking company !

Quite possible the worst courier company in existence. Driver never attempted to deliver my item when I was in all day for it. When I contacted them about it they informed me that when the driver scanned the item he/she was nowhere near my flat. Organised a redelivery, parcel never left the depot. Organised another redelivery, never left the depot again. Whenever you try and contact them to speak to someone it's either some goon behind a computer screen who doesn't help you or an automated answering machine that doesn't help either. Terrible, Christmas present for my dad as well. I imagine they've lost or misplaced the item but don't have the guts to come clean about it, or maybe the delivery driver decided he wanted this one for himself, doesn't seem to be any other explanation as to why it hasn't been taken out again at my request, twice. Do what you can to avoid this company, they really are poor all round. If it was possible to give no stars I would have.

10th Dec - Told delivery would be before 8pm. Didn't arrive. 11th - tracker says parcel at depot 40 miles away. 12th - parcel still at depot. Webchat states parcel will be delivered pm. Didn't arrive. 13th - parcel still at depot. Webchat says parcel will definitely be delivered following day. 14th - tracking says parcel is out for delivery and is 26 of 124 parcels being delivered. Carefully watch progress. Eventually we are next. Watch in amazement as tracker shows driver moving away from my road to streets further away. Parcel not delivered. 15th rang and recording states driver could not gain access to deliver on yesterday. Lies there are no parking restrictions or problems outside my house, indeed there is plenty of room as we share a double drive with neighbouring house. 15th parcel finally arrives. Packaging damaged. Would give zero stars if I could. Wasted many hours waiting.

Say they've not received it from the selling after he confirmed it had been sent, 14 days later still waiting. You can't even speak to anyone cos the automated service just cuts you off. I will never buy off any seller using these as couriers!
