I did not receive my parcels. You marked as delivered through my letterbox. The parcels would not even fit through my letterbox. Obviously delivered to incorrect address because the delivery driver could not be bothered finding the correct address. Total disgrace. Very disappointed.

Absolutely terrible service. Item our yir delivery yesterday by 12pm, then updated to 8pm... Then it was "running late", then at 10pm still nothing so we went to bed. Tracking said out for delivery again today... Then running late again, then the tracking randomly updated to "delivered yesterday..." We went outside and found it in the alleyway next to the bin. Hilariously bad service. I don't know who this company employs but they need to be let go and put out to pasture.

So after waiting over a year for a limited edition item that I ordered, it hits the local depot, no delivery is made. I then have to start chasing, after visiting the depot in person - was told my item had been stolen from a driver who has now been suspended and to contact the sender who probably won’t have anymore as they are a specially made run. Systems and staff are terrible ! HOPEFULLY THEY GO BUST SOON !

I ordered custom made Vans on 25th October to arrive before Christmas. Yodel finally tried to deliver my package on the 10th December but I wasn't in. When I received their email on the 10th I replied immediately and rebooked redelivery on the 18th, for when I would be in all day. Their app showed this request was approved so I waited. On the morning of the 18th I went onto the app to check for an update on what time they'd deliver my package. To my shock they updated it that morning to say the item was returned to Vans warehouse the day before! Vans policy is to provide a refund when this happens. Even though these shoes are completely useless to Vans (1 star review for Vans to follow). Custom shoes take 7 weeks to arrive, so Yodel's complete incompetence ruined my Christmas. They won't even provide any sort of compensation for their mess.

For the 2nd time this week i was notifIed of delivery date/ time. I tracked my parcel and the driver didn't move from an address in the area and it did not arrive. The next day it arrived late after i had waited in 2 days for it. Again i was notified yesterday of a delivery time/ date that never arrived. I waited in to my annoyance. Today it was tracked with driver at the same address since the day before. I waited then had to go out, i received a delivery notice 'delivered to back porch'. I don't have one and once home it had been left in full view at the front door in this weather. I am appalled at Yodel, this has happened several times now and not good enough.

Yodel have delivered to the wrong g address. Terrible photo of nowhere near here. When contacted and it took 35 mins of holding for a chat line, all they said was to contact the sender - but it was Yodel that delivered it wrongly

Item has, not arrived! App gave me a two hr window. No sign, now I can't get through to find out where my urgent delivery is as they're shut!!! Absolute shitshow of a company!!

I already submitted a review on trustpilot but one bad review is not enough to highlight how bad this company is. I don't even believe the good reviews on trustpilot. The positive reviews which are real are probably from people who had a decent delivery driver for their area, so they never had to deal with customer service. Yodel's phone number is a bot and no matter what option you select it ends the call automatically. Their "Live" chat indefinitely trys to connect so you never get to actually chat with anyone before it times out. (Tried everyday for hours, again and again until it timed out, so trust me, it probably is designed that way and I'm doubtful they even have customer service agents). They did respond to my review on trustpilot instantly with an email to send the details of my issue to, but lo and behold of course they don't respond to emails either. You will get an automated message which says they will respond within 72hours, which of course does not happen. Customer service is non existent, so all is well when they deliver your package but when they don't, you will get no help in getting it or locating it.

They kept sending me text message that the item will be delivered today but didn't turn up. Locater map always shows the van is nearby.

Unbelievable an order I was informed would be delivered today's January the 6th however checked tracking today to find Yodel said they delivered it on Saturday as I'm in all day its a lie. No courier called or left my package. Now it's causing all sorts of problems, letting the company know, letting Yodel know and getting my goods paid for or a refund. Not a good start to the new year for Yodel. Plus you can't talk to a human its all a machine you can't talk to bad and lack of customer service.

I hate this company, they just mess up my delivery. What was meant to be delivered on 29th of December is still yet to be delivered now. I need my package tomorrow morning and they refused to deliver it despite all the notifications of urgent delivery sent to them

Yodel Is the Worst Company Ever – Shut Them Down! ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Yodel is an absolute disgrace, and I cannot believe they are still allowed to operate. This company epitomises everything wrong with modern business practices: zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero care for their customers. Their driver was outright violent towards us during a delivery! This is completely unacceptable and beyond appalling. The safety of customers should never be compromised, yet Yodel employs individuals who clearly lack basic professionalism and respect. We were left shaken and disgusted by this experience. Yodel hides behind their useless chat system, making it impossible to speak to a real human being. Their so-called “customer service” is an absolute farce. You’re forced to interact with a bot that only deals with basic tracking queries, and anything beyond that is dismissed. There’s no phone number, no email, and no escalation process—nothing. It’s as if Yodel has deliberately made it impossible to resolve any real issues or hold them accountable. The agents (if you can even call them that) are a joke. They clearly have no training, no understanding of the UK postal system, and no ability to assist. Speaking to them is like banging your head against a wall. It’s a complete waste of time and only adds to the frustration. This company’s lack of transparency is borderline criminal. Their drivers are not only careless and unprofessional but, as we experienced, outright dangerous. Their systems are designed to frustrate, and their entire business model is built around avoiding responsibility. It’s shocking that they’re still in business. The incompetence of Yodel isn’t just frustrating—it’s dangerous. A delivery company that doesn’t care about its customers or their safety should NOT be operating. It’s obvious they’ve cut every corner imaginable, leaving customers to deal with the fallout. I genuinely believe Yodel is a scam. They promise a service they cannot deliver, hide behind chatbots and offshore agents, and leave their customers stranded with no means of resolving issues. It’s a disgrace to the delivery industry and an insult to paying customers. If the government had any sense, they would shut Yodel down immediately. No company that treats its customers this poorly should be allowed to operate. I would rather walk across the country to deliver a parcel myself than ever use Yodel again. Avoid this company at all costs. They are unreliable, unprofessional, incompetent, and outright dangerous to deal with. By far the worst company I’ve ever encountered.

Package arrived torn open and 1 of the 2 items missing. Supplier have replaced the missing item as Yodel would not even discuss this. Replacement item sent from UK warehouse on 12/12. Yodel sites says have the item on 13/12. Still no sign of this and the AI chat bot just says they do not have it yet. Suppliers are investigating as well. Yodel are absolute rubbish, same AI responses every time and if you ask to speak to someone they chat gets terminated. asked for transcript for today chat at end and it closed the chat completely.

I contacted Yodel via the Live Chat method as they had delivered somebody else's parcel to me. It took some time to get this across then when they emailed me to let me know what would happen next, they said I should contact the sender of 'my' parcel as they couldn't find any trace of it (despite me giving them the tracking number on the front of the parcel)! Hopeless. So, still got someone else's parcel and don't see why I should have to go to the other side of town to deliver it really.

This company is absolutely abysmal, was given a 2 hour time window on the 28th December at 9am that it would be delivered by 9am and 11am i then got an email at 9:15am that the delivery had been unsuccessful when i was home the full time. It was then rescheduled to be delivered on the 30th where i was told it would be delivered again… Nothing - just a message on the app saying it’s in the local depot however that it was still arriving. Now today i contacted Yodel through at 9am as when trying to phone the depot i was greeted by a robot and then hung up on by said robot. I was told by Vijay that my parcel which is a TV was with a driver and would be delivered today - fast forward to 13:30 i then contact Argos webchat to somehow speaking to Vijay again which i was then told my parcel was damaged therefore the delay as Argos don’t allow damaged products to be sent - I then phone up Argos instead to then be told my parcel has not been damaged but it’s just due to the high demand and was told to wait for delivery for 48 hours which obviously won’t arrive with the New Year happening. I have no good words about this company i have been lead astray trying to track down my parcel; being told 10 different stories about what’s going on. This “company” should not exist it is a joke of a “company” and if you actually want to ever receive your product only shop with companies who do not use this joke of a place. If i could give 0 stars i would i’m absolutely disgraced with the abysmal customer service and delivery.

said they delivered my package and pasted it thought the letter box when i told them i have CCTV to prove the driver never delivered my package the checked the GPS tracker and told me it had been scanned and delivered over a mile away there now say it going to be delivered to day but now is marked as delayed so now i had to start a payment dispute with my bank and luckily my back has given my money back but it still ongoing Yodel should be shut down
