Promised to deliver on Friday, didn't arrive, promised to deliver on Saturday, didn't arrive! Got an email just before 9.00pm saying they delivered it at 4.12pm. Don't know where they left it but certainly not at my address. No hope of me ever getting it now, utterly useless delivery drivers.

We had a delivery of wine yesterday. Live on a farm. The driver left the wine in a field half a mile away from the house. Did not attempt to check if we were in. We were. Weather so bad the bottles blew all over the place when we eventually found them. Madness. No common sense at all.

The company did not deliver my bike. This company is a SCAM! Disgusting customer service. No human to speak to,. This company deserves to go out of business!

Completely and utterly useless! I have been waiting for my Amazon delivery since 27th of November, which is the last date Amazon told me it would be delivered. Their Live Chat is pointless, as is their App. I even arranged, via the App, for a specific delivery date, but you guessed it……..they missed!!!!!! Yodel have had my package since the 25th of November (13 days) and blame the Christmas Period for their delays…….but no doubt they are still accepting deliveries at their facilities even though they are unwilling to deliver them!

Yodel does not deliver promises. It does not deliver anything. My ourxhase was posted to me and arrived with Yodel on 29th November. The tracking has not been updated since then. This parcel is time sensitive and needed within the next two days. I have tried Livechat multiple times and been given no response. I emailed Yodel and received a useless automated response. Never use this company.

Got message eventually advising parcel delivery on 6th December, order placed 26th Nov and was advised was with Yodel 4 days later. Parcel not delivered yesterday and same update saying at depot and waiting to dispatch. Have tried on numerous occasions this week to use their chat function but no-one answering. Absolutely appalling service.

I keep getting announcements that they’re going to deliver my package but still nothing for over a week. Absolutely disgusting service and how they are still in business is beyond my comprehension. “Live Chat”, is non existent. Hope I never have to use this pathetic company again!

Shocking service - waiting on 4 chairs bought on amazon - now on day 3 of waiting in as amazon delivery dates have passed as have Yodel dates no delivery info available on Yodel. Spoken to web chat twice & none the wiser. Really upset / disappointed - will not be recommending or using again

Worse company ever! Another parcel not delivered. Can’t get anyone at Yodel to pick up my query on their chat line. Don’t bother with trying to call them, that’s a waste of time. Arranged to have it delivered today, no text from them, can’t speak to anyone on the phone and their web-based chat line is useless. Waited in all day AGAIN for a parcel which I especially arranged with Yodel to be delivered today. Please DON’T use this company.

Placed an order on 23rd of November and was given between 26-28th for delivery. 3rd of December, almost a week late, only one parcel delivered. Both were coming from the same place, in transit together, to be delivered on the same date and time. Driver stated he handed the parcel to me, which he didn't, it was left outside of my mt front door but you can clearly see only one of the items have been left. I spoke to someone at yodel on the night of the delivery who said she couldn't locate the parcel and will ask for bags searches to be done and they would have an update within a few hours. Next evening, no update so held on chat and eventually someone answered and they couldn't give me an answer either. Told me to wait and they would have an update within a few hours. 2 days later, still no update! This was a gift for my autistic daughter and now I'm left out of pocket, no update, nobody able to tell me where my parcel is or if I'll ever receive it. Absolutely disgusting company!! Live chat takes ages for anyone to answer, which is pointless anyway because they aren't any help. Was kept on the phone for over an hour, no further forward! Ridiculous that this company is even still delivering parcels!!

The tracking shows Yodel had received the item 7 days ago and I am still waiting for delivery. The live chat is useless, as no one answers. Boycott this company until they are able to deliver on time

Yodel have tried to deliver my parcel on 5 occasions, but courier consistently went to an incorrect address. On one occasion I even had the courier contact me by phone at which point I verbally and by text gave him very detailed directions to my house which he ignored. I then asked him to take the parcel to my local parcel shop which he said he would, then didn’t. I was then told I’d have no choice but to collect from depot over an hour away, but this would be a wasted journey since all the calling cards would have been left at incorrect address, and anyway it is unfair to expect me to go out of my way to collect this, since it’s their failure to deliver correctly or follow my requests that meant it wasn’t simply left in my safeplace or local parcel shop. The “CEO complaints” service took a month in “investigating” this for me but usually just asked more information which I’d already provided, which then gave them another 48 hours (often longer) before their next reply. Then they just copy and paste standard replies that don’t address the real issue, or parrot what I can already see from the tracking info myself. I asked the agent I spoke to again and again for the parcel to be sent out again, instructing courier on the correct address (what3words code and detailed directions have been provided in the app from the start so have been available to them all along). This has dragged on for a month and now the parcel has been returned to the sender in China and they’re telling me to ask them for a refund - claiming this has “resolved” my issue. Truly laughable but infuriating at the same time. Don’t bother with the live chat (they are a call centre in India that just copy and paste irrelevant responses) and the phone number on the Yodel website under their big headline of “talk to a human” is even more of a joke as I’ve tried every single option and not a single thing you do puts you through to a live agent. Yodel should be ASHAMED for treating their customers in this way. From now on I will request before every single one of my online purchases that Yodel is NOT used for delivery, and will certainly never post anything with them myself as they are a bunch of incompetents.

Absolutely shocking firm. They offer store pick up ooptions on their site that they cannot even deliver to, and then once you have asked for the store pick up option, and when they put in their system that they cant deliver there (they dont actually tell you), you then cant contact them via any of the listed mediums. The 'Live Chat' requests, they just leave unattended until the broswer resets to a new session, and do not ever respond. Have had multiple chat requests open and waiting for hours with no response. The telephone number is just an automated robot with no actual assistance able to be offered. Awful business, non-existant service, would never use through choice and would avoid in any future options, wherever possible!!

I was very annoyed with my delivery person. He was rude and told me over the intercom to hurry up because he was parked on a double yellow line, then left my parcel downstairs in the communal area for anyone to take
