Parcel not delivered by Yodel, who then came up with a range of conflicting excuses and refused to either return the parcel, explain what had happened to it or refund me the value. It was only because my partner had insured it that we got the value of the parcel back.

Couldn’t find our address even though it’s correct and a pub the biggest building on the street so you cannot miss it and amazingly all other delivery companies are able to find it..... Yodel are the worst delivery company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with.... Been told the delivery would be here today now it can’t come until tomorrow sometime but should of been here yesterday.... This is not the first time we have had issues with this company delivering to us please do not use them to send your deliveries to customers they are useless and it causes more stress for your customers.. honestly if we’d of known it was Yodel delivering we would not of purchased the items from these sellers but gone elsewhere even if it cost a little more it would of been worth it....

Could not find address even though all details correct and every other delivery service finds us. Promised early delivery the day after - today- but tracker tells me I am 61st in the delivery list for today, and it is already 1000. This is a car part needed urgently as was explained to them.

How do they still get business? Address cannot be found - so, as instructed I contact them to clarify & after around 45 mins of waiting & online chats - am not asked for any further info - just told it will arrive - don’t worry - they cannot explain why a driver will suddenly be able to find the address apparently they just will, guess what another failed delivery. Drivers have no phone to call if they cannot locate you, customer service cannot contact them - ive has this many times before & unfortunately when you order from a company they don’t say who will do the delivery because of its yodel i wouldn’t do it - other comalbies phone or ask for additional info - these people don’t & I wonder how they’re still in business?

Terrible service. Driver couldnt find the address which is a well known company, pretended to leave a calling card.. package lost.

Ordered some balloons from Moonpig for my granddaughter and Yodel delivered them. The box was damaged and taped up, when my granddaughter opened box one off the balloons had popped and was flat.

They said they delivered to a fictitious person who does not exist at my premises. Refuse to show a copy of the signature and say I have to take it up with the sender. Totally bogus service.

Parcel states delivered. No option to see signature No option to see GPS location Yodel state use webchat but the service is down. Won't pick up on telephone either. Ebay have not agreed as yodel states 'Delivered' so I'm out of pocket. Absolutely helpless

I ordered a present for my brother and it never arrived. Their tracker said it was delivered to a neighbour, but cannot tell me who. Now because this dispute has gone on, the seller won't give me a refund and ebay says I'm out of time. So now I am out of money!!!! Anything I purchase from now on, I am going to ask which company will be delivering it. If its you, I won't purchase the item. You discust me, I hope you can sleep at night!!!!!

I have never seen such rubbish service from any other delivery company. I had one parcel on way to me was ordered 17/01/21 its 07/02/21 still no sign of parcel the tracking stops after first scan then nothing. Customer service is also ridiculous by saying it will be sorted in 48 hours then still nothing. I thing this company should stop working as they are completely useless.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unprofessional company who blatantly lie and waste people’s time. As a matter of fact they all are as bad as each other Parcel force DPD , but Yodel is most the far the worst of any company. Blatantly lie, and deceive customers. Unable to contact them , because they hide to cover there deceit, by a crappy answer phone , that is a useful a dumb donkey, 😩. Please I would advise the CEO, to stop the shame , and cease from trading with immediate effect, as 99% of your reviews are rubbish, and no one has anything decent to say about you shoddy service. You money grabbing ————-

This is the 3rd time they have let me down. They say they can’t access but go to the wrong address they leave parcels outside for them to be stolen I’d never rate yodel to anyone.. I can do a better delivery job than they can!!

Incompetent staff, CEO seen revelling in this covid pandemic as it’s saved his company, if asked the question should lockdown be permanent then his answer would be absolutely with a smirk upon his face. 9.2k members of anti yodel. Surely something can be done about this horrific company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Item was damaged on arrival, after 10 months of constant chasing they refused to issue compensation for the item as it was on their 'prohibited ' list as it was ceramic. Nothing to indicate this would be the case. You will waste hours going round in circles trying to resolve problems.

Absolute worst delivery company I’ve ever encountered. They say they’ve “delivered my parcel in a safe place” (behind the bins) but it’s nowhere to be found, they don’t request their drivers to take a picture so there’s no proof of the delivery actually happening or any way to guess which neighbor might have received it, and when you get in touch with them, it’s a simple “yeah we checked with the driver and it’s definitely behind the bins so if you can’t find it you should get in touch with the retailer”. Why would anyone work with them is a mystery to me.

They can't get out of the van and say they have come to my house when they have not. We are in lockdown and I am shielding so can't go out. They don't know how to ring a doorbell

The driver did not wait for me to collect from his truck he turned around in the drive and raced off immediately. There is also a number on my gate to call and make direct contact. Now I have to wait for this urgent item for too long!. Just an inconsiderate impatient driver who should be more caring and professional.
