For breakdown there is no number and no app! so that you can quickly and easily context when you need to.
Had to really push to get my documents sent through the post.”
“I don't like to shop on line, however the price was very good, the site easy to navigate even for a dinosaur like me. It does say that if you want they will post your documents to you. Good luck trying to find out how to do it !!
However that would not stop me from using them again.”

I found it to be the best price having tried many brokers etc. But cannot pass further comments at this stage, as I have never used Yoga before, so have had no further dealings with them.”
“I thought the initial setting up was really quick and easy online but I had to add a driver, even though my policy doesn’t start yet I still got charged £20 fee for adding a driver on top of the policy charge difference. Which is a bit disappointing.”

“Thanks for a very good price on your car insurance and breakdown. I haven’t had to make a claim as yet and hopefully you will be excellent if I need to. I would say that it was not easy to find the claim telephone numbers for the insurance or the breakdown. I had to hunt through the PDF files attached to the email sent through when I took out the policy. A clear email message with the telephone numbers for Insurance claim and for Breakdown would be very handy. Thank you!”

“Good price but online only so impossible to talk to a real person. If you persevere beyond the chat bot eventually you get to ‘chat’ online with a human. There is a telephone number for claims so hopefully that is a real person. If, like me, you want proper communication this is not for you but too expensive to cancel.”
“Price was best on market, money supermarket led me to them with winning awards. Straightforward to get quote and purchase. The truth is when you need to make a claim, hopefully will never need to find out how they stand in this area!”
“Not sure first time I have had you but when I got to the end of all the questions asked I got basic break down with all free offers I do worry IF I do breakdown will I get help and how much extra will I will be charge .. my own fault I booked my insurance last minute so all Companies put a nice £100-300 on top 🫣🤬😡🤬”
