“Year on year I ensure that I avoid accidents, year on year my car insurance goes up. This is unacceptable. I find out that my insurance is also relatively high because I drive HGV's for a living. As a professional driver I am LESS likely to have an accident, because I am more road savvy than most other drivers.

“Signing up is easy. Logging in to the portal from the link wasn't so good. Once logged in, the portal shows you have no policy. Unable to email or phone to communicate with a human. Now left completely out in the cold. Live chat redirects you to subjects not related with a 26 person queue”
“Cannot talk to anyone . I went on my portal to cancel my insurance before it renewed . And it would let me cancel. So I called one call insurance and it said they have no details for me. So I just cancelled my direct debit. Not that I need to now but I wouldn’t ever go back with yoga and wouldn’t recommend to anyone .”
“The reason for the poor feedback is the way the website is set up. It'd bad enough you can't speak to a human anymore but just a simple task of changing bank details turned out to be a bigger deal than it should have been. I had to pay the renewal earlier than expected as it wasn't clear enough to just change bank details. Not a very user friendly site. Happy with the quotes though.”
“Yoga renewed my policy and took a years payment despite my having a monthly Direct Debit set up. Cannot contact anyone as all there is to use is a chat bot that does not address this issue”
“When trying to contact Yoga to cancel my policy, this has become very difficult. Automated process kept on crashing and when trying to live chat with an agent, I kept on being kicked out, thus having to start the process over and over again without success. I am still trying to cancel my policy at the moment”

There’s no phone number so all interactions have to be done online. That seems fine until you need to make contact. I wasn’t able to cancel my policy online for some reason. Live chat is only available 9am-2pm and the agent I dealt with was argumentative and rude.
Even if they were the cheapest insurer, I would not use this company again based on the interaction that I had with the live chat agent.”

“The renewal certificate had wrong expiry date showing it as expiring in one month's time rather than 12 months. If I hadn't spotted it the risk would have been it would have been on the database and liable to be seized. It was extremely difficult to contact you and in the end I had to wait over 20 minutes to live chat”
“Received my quote, which I was very happy with. Cancelled my existing policy renewal. On returning to process with yourselves my quote had Increased by £40, after the trouble of getting through to previous insurer I was then in a position of having to proceed with your increased price. Not happy.”
“I bought a new car but initially decided to keep the old one for a while. I changed my initial insurance to the new car and took out a policy through yoga for the old car. Two days later I unexpectedly sold the old car to some neighbours so cancelled the policy before it had even started. Yoga took £49.99 from the refund which seemed unfair and excessive considering I had done all of the work entering details on the internet etc. Disappointing. Other than that the process of buying the policy was easy and the price was good.”
