“Terrible service, 5 days to replace a windscreen, only after I contacted them 3 times, no help, no replacement car despite my policy saying I should get one. Refused to put me through to their complaints section, doubt they even have one. Would never use again and would never recommend them.”
“Really happy with the renewal process, just finding the monthly rolling cover a bit odd, I like to print my certificate of cover, but obviously now would need to do this each month! I'm sure there's a reason, but seems like more work for everyone!?

“Had sending bad ratings but trying to contact and am locked out due to the new log in. It won’t verify me and need to update my insurance. Used these in the beginning as were quick and easy to contact”
