“I went online to change my vehicle registration today which I was charged £21-87 but noticed that when my policy was updated the year of the car was incorrect so I had to go on chat to get this changed as they wanted to charge me online.I was on chat to Courtney who was very helpful and sorted the issue out without any charge and I give Courtney 5* for being very efficient.”
