“I didn’t want to renew. I had sold my car. However there is no option to NOT renew on your website, only to cancel which would have cost me money. I had to write to your complaints manager and send by snail mail as there is no other way to contact you and I’m still waiting a response.”
“Rubbish. Tried to decline renewal notice in good time on your portal but was unable to. Kept trying, support was completely useless, kept telling me the same thing but the tab simply wasn't there. Tried and tried to find a contact number but none. Very frustrating. Cancelled my DD then recieved a cancellation notice which is fine BUT you want to charge me £78 which I WILL NOT PAY. I changed my Insurer because Yoga has gone up EVEN THOUGH I have made no claims and have a NCB of 9 years. Considering that you are an online insurer only and must be saving tens of thousands on salaries, your premiums should be A LOT LESS. Won't be using Yoga again and will tell family and friends to avoid.”
