“I changed my vehicle to a brand new car my policy runs out 24/12/2024. It would notlet me update details and no person to talk to so I had to take out a new policy even though other one is still in process I'm not impressed ๐”
“Not much to say really, how can you review a company when you donโt have contact. Iโve stayed with them this year (3rd year) because itโs good cover and cheapest I could get. Time will tell how good they are if I ever need to claim.”
“Great first price but when I clicked to buy it was 40% higher. Reason I gave 3 stars was that it was still cheaper than every other quote, but very annoying otherwise and when you try to buy you are bombed with repetitive add ons which were unclear and difficult to remove or bypass.”

“I received a text message to say there's an issue with my direct debit. The correct bank details were definitely given as first payment has been taken out. Was meant to receive an email within 10 miinutes.. which I haven't received. Phone line close at 2pm. I'm in wk till 6. Don't know how to solve this problem, don't want my policy to be canceled. Don't know how to contact anyone. It says technical issues online. Don't want to moan, it's just stressful ๐ซ”
