“I went onto my log in & cancelled my renewal however it wasn’t cancelled, I had a renewal message to say Thankyou for renewal. So I thought It wouldn’t matter as I have 14 days cooling off period , only to find that there is an admin charge ?? Even though I had cancelled my renewal in plenty of time .
Can you please tell me why this has happened?
