“The price was very competitive compared with other insurance providers, however I already had insurance through Yoga on a car and wanted to transfer it to my new vehicle (a van). The automated service would not let me do this, it kept telling me the new vehicle registration could not be recognised. I ended up just cancelling my initial insurance the taking out a new 12 month policy. I presume I will have incurred a penalty for cancelling my insurance.”

I cancelled my policy very next day after set it (within 14 days of free cancellation period) before it started and they dare to charge me something like £50 instead repay my initial payment. Going to insurance ombudsman obviously”

“I cancelled this policy 3 weeks ago on the portal... this service is a disgrace , cannot reply to emails sent out very difficult to speak to anybody the agent doesn't understand questions so we cannot stop the renewal because nobody has a chance to talk to anybody also no email address to email back... this insurance company simply doesn't allow any contact. I CANCELLED THIS POLICY 3 WEEKS AGO ...NO RESPONSE I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY FEES DUE TO THE INABILITY OF THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT MYSELF.”
“I wouldn’t say happy, basically administering yourself. I had a query and live chat was useless and I kept putting I wanted to speak to an agent in person rather than a bot. I would prefer a contact telephone number for clarifying a query as I couldn’t find the answer that easily. If I answered anything incorrectly than I wouldn’t be covered correctly.”
“If I could give its 0 stars I would. Opted to renew my policy with a single payment on the portal. The portal then decided to renew it on a direct debit which cost another £60 on the policy. Have now been told its too late to change it. Extremely annoyed”
