“I have on several occasions tried to log in, which doesn't work every time, they have changed my policy to monthly, who even uses car insurance monthly? I can never get hold of customer services, so their customer services is basically non existent, it pays to have someone at the end of the phone, but in this case they are not even on the chat to help out as I cannot log in, over and over again I have had this problem”

“The price was very competitive compared with other insurance providers, however I already had insurance through Yoga on a car and wanted to transfer it to my new vehicle (a van). The automated service would not let me do this, it kept telling me the new vehicle registration could not be recognised. I ended up just cancelling my initial insurance the taking out a new 12 month policy. I presume I will have incurred a penalty for cancelling my insurance.”

I cancelled my policy very next day after set it (within 14 days of free cancellation period) before it started and they dare to charge me something like £50 instead repay my initial payment. Going to insurance ombudsman obviously”
