“I needed to update my policy so I logged on to my account but when I made the changes it told me it couldnt make the changes as it couldnt give me a quote. I asked the live chat who was unable to help me. There is no number to call so I was unable to enquire as to the problem. Very frustrating.”

Had to accept to get the car home and a day later still can’t change it or alter it as it’s not been added to the portal. Second year with yoga two cars, think it’s time to look for new insurers. The inability to speak to them is extremely frustrating.”
