“Policy was reasonably priced and compared well to others. This is good as it was a renewal. Down side was using the link to log in my portal and being unable to access it -had to go via the website to discover I had to renew my log in and registration.”
“The web-site was almost impossible to navigate when I wanted to cancel my policy, so it renewed automatically, I have tried various times to cancel from the Portal, but it's a nightmare, and I am quite Tech savvy, without being able to do it! I have just sent a letter of cancellation in the post to try that way. No customer support at all apart from some you Tube videos that are hard to follow? I am disgusted that the company make it as hard as possible to cancel a policy!”

“Signing up is easy. Logging in to the portal from the link wasn't so good. Once logged in, the portal shows you have no policy. Unable to email or phone to communicate with a human. Now left completely out in the cold. Live chat redirects you to subjects not related with a 26 person queue”
