“Cannot talk to anyone . I went on my portal to cancel my insurance before it renewed . And it would let me cancel. So I called one call insurance and it said they have no details for me. So I just cancelled my direct debit. Not that I need to now but I wouldn’t ever go back with yoga and wouldn’t recommend to anyone .”
“So far so good! Recently transferred following a substantial 'hike' from my previous insurer. Discovered Yoga via a comparison website, initially sceptical as they were less that half the price. However, upon researching their offer and adding a few extra's I now have better/more comprehensive insurance for my vehicle still at 50% of the cost!”
“The reason for the poor feedback is the way the website is set up. It'd bad enough you can't speak to a human anymore but just a simple task of changing bank details turned out to be a bigger deal than it should have been. I had to pay the renewal earlier than expected as it wasn't clear enough to just change bank details. Not a very user friendly site. Happy with the quotes though.”
“You wouldn’t let me stop the auto renewal and only when the new policy started was I able to cancel it on the day it started but you charged me £70. That’s a disgrace”
