“Not the easiest company to deal with. They are a broker really. I ended up either car insurance through them via a comparison company. Someone drove into the back of me and their insurance took care of everything as the lady admitted full responsibility. Yoga suggested an injury claim as I’d been injured. I had physio and although the third party said they would cover my personal injury claim also, yoga (one insurance actually) said I couldn’t stop my claim. Fast forward to renewal and I get offered worse insurance cheaper, I asked for a better deal. The ‘claim’ is on record, as ‘closed’ fault of third party etc, I have NCD protection etc and once I agree to renewal yoga recind the offer and send a new offer which is more expensive. Since this has happened all quotes from elsewhere are now higher than they were. I find it annoying that I can been penalised for an accident that wasn’t my fault, that has been covered (cost and admin wise) by other parties rather than yoga (or one insurance) and yet I’m paying more after accepting a cheaper renewal earlier in the week.”
