“Fairly easy to make purchase , competitive price & comprehensive ( but long) set of documents .Only just purchased hopefully won’t have to test the claims process so can’t give more stars at the moment .”
“Don’t use this company, very good when you take out a policy. Very bad when you want to cancel, no phone number, have to use a portal which you think you have cancelled, but then they take the money anyway. Stay clear.”

Website is very slow and sometimes unresponsive. Also did a quote 3 days before picking the car up, when I came to accept this quote on the day of collection, initially website was unresponsive for 10 mins, reloaded and after 2 or 3 attempts managed to get into the quote only to have it increase by £20 approx ! Not great but in a time limited situation so had to go ahead.
You need to improve the website - it is very basic and not comparable to other insurers.”
