“Good price but on reading the reviews hope I don’t have the same bother next year if I want to cancel it’s about time insurance company’s give you the option to not to renew at purchase instead of making policy’s auto renew”

“Renewal quote was in line with other providers but had increased by more than 30% despite no claim made. I received an email advising that it would renew automatically unless I cancelled. I did nothing and it did not renew so I found myself without insurance. Renewal process was painful. Slow and constant server error messages. Will be switching next year.”
“I do not have a printer. When purchasing my policy I was informed the documents could be sent by post. I can not find anything to facilitate this. The chat line assumes that I am referring to a food delivery ??? How do I get my documents.?”

However wasn’t 100% certain everything was updated when changes were made, extra payment was made & confirmed by my bank. When looking back at policy the changes hadn’t updated. Awaiting to speak to a person as the chatbot couldn’t answer my question.”

“I find it very difficult to review as Yoga didn't do anything. I organised the whole policy myself online. So it's yet to be seen how good you are. Price was competitive though.”
“Yoga was good for the first year. I had one claim during the year that was handled really well. I am now wanting to change my car but navigating the system hasnt been easy. Upon entering my new car details which are in group 9 the premium quoted was £200 more than my previous car which was in a higher insurance bracket. After checking on other search engines I can get my car insurance for what I paid last year so looks like Yoga has lost out. I cannot understand why the insurance industry no longer rewards loyalty.”
“Just paid £20 admin fee to change the registration number listed on my policy, sent new certificate out and it bears the old number, how do I get it amended without incurring another £20 fee ( and no guarantee that it’ll be correct)”
