“Very good on price. Just that, as a new customer, a bit concerned that I can't find a phone number for Roadside Assistance - only an online form. What if I breakdown in the middle of nowhere with poor 3 or 4G coverage?? Is the online form monitored 24/7??”

“I found Yoga to be the most reasonable and realistic on price, also, my enquirery and minor issue was handled swiftly and professionly and would recommend them. My only small negative is that I would prefer to speak one on one as opposed to typing, but if that's what helps keep costs down then I will just have to type faster.”
“It is completely impossible to contact anyone. I tried to cancel when I was notified car insurance was due for renewal. I’d found a much better option. When cancelling via the portal it kept me going round in an endless loop looking for a cancellation re quote!? So left it to expire. I was then sent an email me to say my policy has been renewed, even though it wasn’t on automatic renewal! Sorry not good enough. Should at the very least have an email option.”
