“Cheap for a reason.I cannot see that there is an option to speak to a person when there is a problem( unless you have an accident) Did not realise I had bought a rolling monthly policy on renewal for Jan 25. Unable to cancel immediately without being charged a months fee. Then ad an email to say my current policy would be cancelled 2 weeks before policy end as a problem with my direct debit when the final payment had been taken. No option to reply to that email.Just terrible ,frustrating chat bot of no use.Just don't....If I could give less than one star I would.”
“Quietly optimistic........quote for my van was very good indeed.....easy to complete forms online .....I'll be interested to see if yoga provide me with the most competitive quote for two years running.........in 10 years of insuring my van I've had no accidents, no convictions and each time my existing insurer has been dearer the 2nd time !!!! So....... If yoga is my insurer next year it will be 5 stars again . I'm hoping so !!”
