“Really disappointed with the service and attitude of Yoga insurance. I took out a car insurance policy about 2 weeks before my current policy was due to end but the following day needed to cancel it. I understood that, as part of the 14 day cool off period relating to insurance, that I would receive a full refund, especially as the policy had not even started. When trying to cancel it online, i found out they were charging a £50 cancellation fee. This seems totally unreasonable, especially as the cover has not even started. I tried to speak to Yoga but, as an online company, there is only a useless chatbot and the live call operators only work short hours. On speaking to them (via chat) they were totally unwilling to make any concessions. Very disappointed with the poor attitude towards consumers.”
