“Cannot contact Yoga, I would not recommend this company. Tried to add my daughter to my policy for two weeks over Christmas, impossible to contact anyone there.
I now have a battle with them to stop the automatic renewal of my policy for another year. Frustrating!!!!”

“Unable to cancel auto-renewal. Tried from 30/11/24 (for renewal date 28/12/24) when purchased another early from another company.
Couldn’t get onto customer portal as error with their cloudflare.
Tried to ring claims to change my account from auto renew and eventually got young man who said he only deals with Yoga exercise insurance not auto. He gave me a high premium rate number and after 2 minutes hearing blurb and options I got a message from giffgaff to say £4 just come off my additional credit. Then heard “About 10 min wait”.
Informed bank and as tried all possible would put hold on payment 28/12/24.
25/12/24 got. pending notification for £1 for Yoga. Bank website error 26/12/24. Then 28/12/24 pending for £204.81 and rang bank. The hold was on Yoga insure so they had changed their name to Yoga services got past the hold on payment -
that was a price I never agreed to at any point.
Bank fraud department have never come across this. They are trying to get it back for me as this is MONEY TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT that was withheld stopped weeks ago.

“Only just took out the policy so hard to give a five star wanted to talk to someone on the phone in person to take out the policy and no number for them so looked again next day and saved the quote and next day policy had gone up on my saved quote was not happy about that but still cheaper than the renewal I’ve had so will see how they perform early days at the moment.
Website was good and easy to use so well happy with that
Would be great for them to have a phone line to contact them or for a call back
Live chat was no help as the online quote is what you get at the time even when I had a ref number for the cheaper quote.”
