“My renewal had more than doubled with another company, looked online found Yoga offering everything I needed, it was all very easy & straightforward to set up .”
“I did not renew but Yoga renewed anyway and took annual premium from the credit card I used last year (thought keeping credit card was illegal).
When I saw what had happened I went onto portal as the chatbot did not do as I asked and transfer me to an agent. I cancelled policy but could only do from midnight that day and now Yoga wnt over £50 in cancellation fee. Credit card has to wait for it to clear before they will help and Yoga want 7 days to refund anything.
