Quoted price £186 When I clicked on the link, filled in Driving licence numbers the price had increased to £221. Not very transparent.

Price quoted was good, but if you want to amend anything it’s hard work, if I wanted to cancel it was going to charge me an admin fee of £49.99 which is ridiculous. Any changes made also they charge you a fee.

Wanted to use the cooling off period as per the law. However, not able to do this without incurring administration fees. Not happy! Should be able to use the 14 day cooling off period. What's the point of this if fees are incurred. Unfair!

Whilst the live chat support person was helpful in dealing with my issues the additional cost was excessive and, if I’d had more time, I would have cancelled my insurance and gone elsewhere.

i took out my car insurance on sunday afternoon but my previous supplier auto renewed on the monday morning. there isnt anyway of contacting (Talking) to a person at yoga unless you are making a claim, i called that number and it state they will ONLY deal with claims ! so for less than 24 hours cover they took £50 admin fee for doing nothing ! pretty disgusting in my opinion/......Live chat was inactive and the option to select 'taken insurance in error' which would have iven a full refund didnt work on the 4 occasions I tried it !!!

All ok until you want to cancel then they pile on the charges! Very poor communication, not able to speak to anyone directly, links in emails not working and live chat facility slow to answer then they accuse you of not paying and refer you to debt collection and charge extra. Won’t be going with them again 😡

I did not find the setting up my car insurance password for this and pass word for the payment and at the it took ages to for another pass word you only got this on price to complicated

Difficult to navigate website. No contact numbers for telephone queries. No contact number for car breakdown cover included with policy. No facility for obtaining hard copy of documents. Unclear if auto renewal is incorporated in policy. Difficult to communicate with company.

No detail showing on my account to reject renewal. Had to use Live Chat which is frustrating. Still not sure I have outcome I wanted but will have to wait and see when I check my bank account to see what payments are claimed. I can’t even see the present policy that is due to expire on 10/05/24! The new policy from 11/05/24 is the only detail showing. Agent also informed me I have two separate logins for every policy - now very confused.

Ok, let's be fair. I've been with LV for a long time, but this year they shoved my premium up by over a hundred pounds and seemed quite snotty about it. "Don't ask the customer service team about the price increase", was the recorded message. So I did anyway and he wasn't interested in negotiating with a long standing customer. I found Yoga on a comparison site. Much cheaper, but I still haven't found a number to speak to a human being. My question being "Am I able to drive other vehicles on this insurance on a third party basis?" I can't find that in the documents they've sent by email. Not sure I'll stay with them. I'll just have to see how it goes. It would be nice if they replied to this with an answer.

Got a competitive quote, but sadly went on to purchase within the following 24hrs to find the price went up £100 😤

When I was buying the insurance auto renewal wasn’t possible to override but I was told I could remove it in the portal. I cannot see how to do this and the ‘chat’ feature is no help. If I cannot remove auto renew I will cancel so please help

Basically you have renewed my policy AND charged me for a new policy. As you have no email or telephone details there is no one to contact to resolve. You’ve got twice my money and i have no way of getting this back. Your live chat was useless and is the only communication option available.

I have taken this insurance out on my replacement car beginning to regret it. As i am claiming for a no fault accident & it appears im not getting any money from the owner of the other car who hit & i dont know why !!!
