Only reason to mark down to 4 star is it said you can opt out of auto renewal at the end of the term, which I i then found impossible to locate on the portal. An online chat with an agent sorted this...
However actual scoring for me is only relevant if and when a claim is made...which hopefully won't happen.”

“There is a requirement to open an account before you can contact the Customer Support. The problem is if you can’t get past the opening process you are lumbered and there is no way of reaching them to try to sort the problem out. I was not told there was going to be this difficulty in getting Customer Support and frankly, I think the model is flawed. I’m going to cancel my policy even though it will cost me money, I can’t be spending all day trying to get through the customer opening procedure. I think I was seriously misled about the quality of the company and the fact it is so difficult to reach them. There is no customer service.”

“Had asked for my policy not to be renewed as price was not competitive but it was renewed anyway. When tried to cancel on receipt of documents I was charged the admin fee as well as the time between me receiving the email at midnight and next morning at 8am. To make matters worse the log in procedure had been changed, and made to register again. Very costly mistake taking up policy with Yoga and will not do so again.”
