“I had originally gave a bad review as my policy had been renewed when I declined the auto renew option. However once I managed to get in touch with someone via online chat they sorted the issue out. I upload the documents they needed and within 24 hours was advised that the policy had been cancelled with no charge. For once a company who does go out to help you.

“I took out insurance with you. I changed my mind 3 or 4 days later. I couldn’t talk to anyone about it so I cancelled online. You kept my deposit and then charged me an extra £12.42! I am thinking about getting in touch with the insurance ombudsman about these charges as I’m sure that it’s my right to change my mind and receive a full refund.”
