“I have had no occasion to be troubled by customer service. I was attracted by the Yoga website and have taken out a policy.
The one thing that bothered me was when I found myself unable to accept the quoted price until I had agreed to additional items.
I did not understand what any of the three options really covered but was not allowed to move to closure until I had chosen one option, which may have been the one I did not want.
I am NOT asking to alter the contract as I gather there would be a further charge, but I would like to know why I have had this problem. Alasdair Pratt.”
“The final price was acceptable but the price quoted on the comparison site was not the same as that I ended up paying. When I transferred to your site, you added on the insurance premium tax and the admin fee which as some 40 pounds extra.
The price seen on the comparison site should be the total price as otherwise it is misleading.”
“All together quite good prices competitive. Big negative is it does not ask what date you want the policy to start, this caused me being with out insurance for a dayin between policys”

“They're quick to ask for a review! I only bought it yesterday and cover doesn't start for another twenty days. Insurance is only ever as good as the service received when you need to use it - so if I ever do need to make a claim I hope that the company are as quick and eager to deal with it as they have been to solicit my review for a policy I haven't used (three stars for that)”
“Easy to use website. Hoping to never have to make claim. But won't really know how Yoga perform unless I do. After quotes ak.odt double what I've been paying, Yoga were slightly better. But makes no allowance fir my car being in a locked car park at night.”
“Although I made contact to change my account details, this was not done I was not notified. Instead of receiving a text to make me aware , instead I was sent notification of cancellation. I also do not like the fact that customers are unable to speak to Yoga directly. If customers had this facility, issues like this would be resolved immediately.”
“Price good. Relatively easy to set up. I don't like that they set up automatic renewal as default. I don't want automatic renewal. Although it states I can cancel auto renewal by going onto the customer portal....I have not yet been able to work out how to do this. This is reflected in my rating.”
“Everything easy apart from your live Chat. Typed question in 3 different ways. Same reply, "don't understand the question". Talking to a computer and it just says no. Didn't give me much confidence if I need to make a claim. Back of my mind says "have I made a mistake going with you lot."”

Yoga was cheapest on the day only just taken policy out which was easy to do ...ticked all the boxes let's see what happens when things go wrong or renewal which ever comes first.”
“Just sorted car insurance with yoga , everything was okay until the direct debit details failed, & I received a cancellation notice from you, I have updated the account details & received an exception notice email , but don't really know if everything has gone through & I will be insured on date statued”
