I had made it clear at the outset which extra services I had chosen but I still had to go through a selection process and I did not like then having to make decisions as to which level of service I had decided upon.”

Getting Emails responses from you whatever way l try is failing.
Going through your bot is to no avail.
You are taking monies off me that l have not asked for, wanted, know about or used.
I would like my £87.46 returned and see this as unwanted transaction. Used my card backhandly and causing me so much unnecessary trouble and anxiety for a disabled mental health, anxious individual.
I am wanting all my monies returned back to me asap. See this as a way of getting monies out of vulnerable person.
