The yoga website was easy to use, after setting up my account. Downloaded my insurance documents to my phone, so all set up for the next years' motoring.”
“saved me quite a bit of money but as all insurance companies are reducing staff and relying on a computer tick sheet to see if they can offer you a deal it has more and more questions that people want to clarify......but they have NO one to talk to...........you cant ring up for advice etc......................all they tell you is to visit the portal...am nearly 70..hate the internet and find it nearly impossible.........what happens if your internet signal drops out?

“the portal did not allow me to change me details when I wanted to renew and so I paid and then went back into the policy and updated only to be charged £53.00 then when it became too expensive they want to charge a huge £49.99 to cancel the policy with not cooling off period. AVOID THIS INSURANCE COMPANY AT ALL COSTS”

The live chat was horrendous, the robot didn't understand my issue, no telephone number (not ideal). Eventually got through to a live agent a person Abbie, she sorted out my problem. That's why I gave them 4/5 stars. Yoga you need a customer services team.”
