“Had a letter at the beginning of June to say my renewal price would be around £60 which I was pleased with. On my renewal date , email documents say £85 !!! £25 more than letter stated. Tried to call. No number. Live chat was no help !!! Very unhappy .”

My only criticism is that, having arranged policies for two vehicles (mine and my spouse’s) the website would not allow them to both be linked to the same e-mail address and password. Crazy!”
