“Well it may not be quite your fault, BUT I've paid for an insurance with you, which will be starting in a couple of weeks. At the same time as paying I wanted to stop AUTOMATIC renewal. This has proved IMPOSSIBLE. There is nothing to say that you cannot stop AUTOMATIC RENEWAL before the policy starts. You have my money and you are now able to use that, so I think there should be access to stop the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL if a paid client wishes that.
That's why only 2 stars.
My excess is also £1000, and some of the items you display that you cover, if claimed about will not amount to £1000. They're rather spuriously offered as an included insured item. But one or 2 insured inclusions are good.

“I found it very convoluted to find my renewal quote within the site - it took a lot of going around the houses and when I tried to make a couple of edits, they wouldn't save. I tried several times and gave up. I was so frustrated that I went to a comparison site and found exactly the same insurance for £45 less! When I tried to cancel my current renewal, I was offered the chance for a better quote but all I saw was the never ending circle of death and nothing further. Consequently, I cancelled my renewal and took out the same insurance for a big saving.”

“Prior to taking out the insurance you offer loads of documents to read on your policy but I could not find a statement of facts letter. Then when I purchase the insurance you sent me all the documentation including the statement of facts. You asked me to check all the documentation to make sure it is correct, far enough but there is no way of correcting any computerised errors, even minor ones without incurring a £25 alteration fee even though the insurance has not even started. This I find very off hand and smacks of profiteering and not good customer PR, just to correct any minor errors by you or me. As for using ‘Chat bots’ I’ve never found one yet that can answer the question I want answers to…!!!! Bring back a human being for any initial queries, and if minor changes even such as spelling mistakes can be altered on line with no human intervention there should not be a charge, so bad customer service at the outset and does not fill one with confidence for the future….!!!!”
“When I went to your site to buy the insurance the price was more than quoted on Money supermarket comparison site. I felt I had been misled but went ahead with the purchase because I had already cancelled renewal with current insurer.”
“Quote on comparison site was £18.24 but when transferred to Yoga website to buy was £33.24. No way to query the discrepancy, so tried 2 more comparison sites with the same results. The policy also included Home emergency cover, the details of which, were only revealed as being very limited at the checkout stage. I think that this information should be upfront before deciding to buy.”

“When on Live chat advised additional premium was £3.50 . Then when processed actual change you applied an additional £20 fee ! Whilst expected an additional premium this was not made clear by the handler . This is poor communication. The policy is shortly due for renewal so may consider lapsing.”

I insured my car with Yoga as they offered the best quote. Sorting it out buying and paying was very easy, with the docs available in minutes. Unfortunately the purchase of the car fell through and I had to can the policy. I originally paid £250 for the policy and cancelled after one day of not actually using it. For this they charged me £39.99, for 1 day, I thought that was a rip off which is why I am leaving this review.”
