“When on Live chat advised additional premium was £3.50 . Then when processed actual change you applied an additional £20 fee ! Whilst expected an additional premium this was not made clear by the handler . This is poor communication. The policy is shortly due for renewal so may consider lapsing.”

I insured my car with Yoga as they offered the best quote. Sorting it out buying and paying was very easy, with the docs available in minutes. Unfortunately the purchase of the car fell through and I had to can the policy. I originally paid £250 for the policy and cancelled after one day of not actually using it. For this they charged me £39.99, for 1 day, I thought that was a rip off which is why I am leaving this review.”

I have a policy number, an insurance certificate and a "Statement of Facts" sheet from Yoga ... but can't make contact.
I am changing my car soon and have no way of discussing this with Yoga because I can't register or phone. Live chat hasn't got me beyond a Bot that kept saying it couln't answer my question but it would not connect me to a human being.

“Your stars do not allow me to give a neutral review. That is bad. As for my experience, price was good but not being able to find any contact emails or telephone numbers to talk to someone is bad. Whether you are good are not will not be known unless I have to make a claim.”
“cannot work out how to cancel automatic renewal. it would be very easy to put a box in so that you can do this when buying the policy [just sharp/poor practice], apart from that no problems. thankyou.”
“A lot went wrong and I actually have neither what I was promised nor what I really need. It took me nearly two days and many hours to finally insure. The website is hopelessly ill equipped to questions which are outside limited range (the bots simply don’t understand) and there are seemingly no humans to assist… very poor”
“There was no way to talk to anyone about a query. There is a live chat facility but you can only get to it if you are renewing and are an existing customer.”
