Just adding to another reviews. This company is a scam, why are they still allowing to work . I wish I would never come across or someone would give an advice, I have seen 5 stars reviews on Trust Pilot and trusted them. Don’t even think to get them around .

Let me tell you my experience with all these brokers very conry: Stay away! I lost $79000 within two months and this reflected my life and my health. I got a lot of bright promises when I was about to start trading including professional support. They assigned the biggest scammer I’ve ever seen as my personal Assistant Mr Maxwell and his only duty was to make me invest more money. I deposited $70,000 initially and then they promised me a special training I deposited another $5,000. They gave me a Prime account and did ‘some kind of’ training, not even a time in a day. But they pushed me to invest another $4,000 in order to receive better training. In total: 80% of all deals we made together were losing. I started trading by myself and this Maxwell never called me and never show my mistakes so I requested to be changed. They agreed but only if I would invest another $11,000 which i refused so they blocked my account , I came across a review of one madam Wilson Payne a recovery specialist whom helped me recover my money back from those gullibles protect protect yourself DM her on( wilsonpayne 22(@(gmail (com)

Booked to see a house that had just come to market yesterday. Today traveled 1.5 hrs and they didn't turn up. When I called, no apologise, was just told it was sold. This was a cash only purchase and something doesn't add up. Must have sold it to a mate, surely a good agency would a) turn up and b) see if I was prepared to pay more?

I'm a buyer and half way through there was a change in the estate agent. The new one called Tanya is absolutely terrible at her job. You have to continuously chase for any updates and then on the day if completion when I simply needed to pick up the keys from her I've had to call her over 5 times and no response, multiple messages etc. Called headoffice they said I would just have to "hound her". It isn't that difficult to respond to a buyer, I am planning to sell my other house soon and I will 120% not be using Yopa, terrible service. I'd leave 0 stars if possible.

I question what they do to earn their money. Was with them for a few months , no communication , no viewings. Place it with another agent and the property got sold within six weeks .

Selling my bungalow using their Lincoln office had one of their agents call me after a couple of months of no veiws advising me to drop the price, later I had a potential buyer contact me saying he was interested but yopa had told him they were fully booked until the end of January fo viewings even thought I live in the property and I'm doing my own viewings, he also told me that when he'd tried to contact the Lincoln office they didn't answer his calls, very very dodgy wouldn't recommend

I cannot warn potential sellers enough to avoid this agent. As someone has bought and sold many houses and dealt with many different estate agents, my recent (but not past) experience with YOPA has been something of a nightmare. Agents going missing with no communication for months only to find that the agent has left their employment with YOPA and a new agent who is finally appointed to you 3 months later fails to communicate, lying when they do communicate and not acting when actions have been agreed. They have devalued the price of my property, the main office have lied about my complaint being escalated to the complaints department and dismissing the lack of inaction by agents. I asked for an extension on my contract when finding that it is a contract where I have to pay irrespective of the actions (or inactions in my case) of the agent, but the request has been rejected despite providing evidence of the lack of action. Please, please go elsewhere, do not fall prey to a bogus contact. The T&C stipulate nothing that YOPA will do for you - the onus is all on the seller.

Connie Fisher is a lazy agent! Takes rubbish photos and couldn’t market a home to save her life! Do not waste your money!!! I’d personally give 0 stars, my partner says of Yopa, they’re cowboys!

Awful company. Engaged an agent who did not perform. Lied about photos, claiming to 'take professional photos'and rocked up with an ipad. Was forced into moving agents, now being chased for payment of a service they didn't provide. Ignored everything I said and made their own judgements.

I requested an ONLINE valuation with YOPA but instead had a call from one of their sales team to book me on to an in person valuation. I thought well why not and booked it. On the day the agent text me to say a family member had been taken into hospital and could not make the appointment. I sympathise with the lady but surely someone else could have done the valuation? I then decided to look at this review page and saw a lot of reviews with YOPA reps not turning up or cancelling last minute which has happened to me also. I am so glad I saw this page now, I will not be rescheduling the valuation.

Call them and made appointment then on day he didn’t come because his mrs was in labour but why did he pass on to another person or made another booking for someone else to do the valuation very unprofessional team on Yopa 🤔

Avoid this company at all costs. They will entice you in by giving a higher valuation of your property than it’s worth so you go with them, and then mislead you about the costs. We went with a package as we were advised we could also market elsewhere and not be liable for their sales fee, but this is not the case. I am now being chased for nearly £2000 by them despite being led to believe this would not be the case. Within a week of being on the market the price was dropped by £25000 because of the over valuation, with elements of the package not being provided. The estate agent deals with so many properties they’re almost impossible to contact and are next to no use on the rare occasion you can speak to them. Avoid at all costs, a conventional estate agent is slightly higher priced but worth every extra penny spent.

Absolutely awful company please avoid. It’s very true you get what you pay for. Traditional estate agents are good at what they do for a reason do not use these cowboys. All they want is your money they have absolutely zero interest in selling your house The Yopa model is to get instructions by pricing the properties high so more people use them, they’ll sign you up for the buy now pay in 10 months time and continually badger you to reduce your asking price until you’ve had enough and bin them off. But wait you then have to pay them even though they’ve done nothing to help sell your house. Please avoid it WILL be the worst decision you ever make!!!
