“Found this company on Instagram clicked on it, I got invited and put on a WhatsApp group. After observing for close to 3 weeks I invested in and I started making a lot of profits on their trade recommendations. After a week they invited me into an Elite Program with abillity to make large amounts of profit but I had to put more money in to meet the minimum, I did that. Another week passed and my account was up to 293K dollars, i decided to take some out. They told me I can\'t take it out yet, I have to wait to the end of the Elite Program, I waited and I tried again within another week, the declined my withdrawals and freezed my account, asking me to make another payment upon all the investments I have made. A friend of mine who work under fraudulent agencie advised me not to do so and referred me to a recovery agent named Alexi victim with the email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who helped me retrieve and make my withdrawals. Please don't ever believe anything they tell you from this company for your safety”

“Let me tell you my experience with all these brokers very conry: Stay away! I lost $79000 within two months and this reflected my life and my health. I got a lot of bright promises when I was about to start trading including professional support. They assigned the biggest scammer I’ve ever seen as my personal Assistant Mr Maxwell and his only duty was to make me invest more money. I deposited $70,000 initially and then they promised me a special training I deposited another $5,000. They gave me a Prime account and did ‘some kind of’ training, not even a time in a day. But they pushed me to invest another $4,000 in order to receive better training. In total: 80% of all deals we made together were losing. I started trading by myself and this Maxwell never called me and never show my mistakes so I requested to be changed. They agreed but only if I would invest another $11,000 which i refused so they blocked my account , I came across a review of one madam Wilson Payne a recovery specialist whom helped me recover my money back from those gullibles protect protect yourself DM her on( wilsonpayne 22(@(gmail (com)”

“I have used Yopa Northumberland twice now with Helen Kelly and she has restored my faith in Estate Agents! Helen is both professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of buying and selling property. The attention to detail and the care Helen takes regarding the sale of your property is outstanding. Helen is with you every step of the way and nothing is too much trouble. Helen's office hours are 24hours 7 days a week and she never let's you down. Exceptional value for money and extremely hood service. We'll done Helen for selling my second property. Brilliant.”

“My experience with Yopa at the beginning was really bad all communication via watsapp considering the fees I expected something more personable I was not impressed...then in April I was given a new agent called Cody Verity he found a buyer on his 1st lot of viewings that he did in my home he communicated and explained everything I was so impressed with him he was really committed to getting my sale over the line I really don't know what I would of done if he hadn't come along. I would like to add that the app that allows the vendors to keep in contact with you needs to be taken down I found the very intrusive at times and add to more pressure during this stressful process.”

“We have done a good few viewings with Yopa Montrose arbroath and Dundee Megan and Gillian . They were easy to deal with , professional , always got back and really helped us to secure a home I love and can’t wait to be in. We couldn’t use for selling as did it privately but would have no hesitation.”

“Martin Green was always helpful but never 'pushy'. My sale became very tricky because my buyer and their buyer had to complete before their mortgage deals expired. Without the use of the YOPA Hub where I could 'talk' directly with my buyer, I believe the deal would have fallen through. I would recommend YOPA to anyone and that's without the saving of £2,500.00 plus in commission and VAT. tonyfrench”

“I would definatley recommend yopa to friends and family, they were excellent from start to finish, they got us up on selling sites within 3 days from our first visit, Micheal Caster was great, then Harriet Caster was on hand throughout till the day we moved, very helpful and gave us great advice with solicitors, communicated weekly with us and our buyers, thank you so much Cheryl and Paul xx”

“I read these before I instructed Yopa and tbh the agent was so helpful friendly and informative I instructed based on the knowledge that they have over 11,000 really good reviews and to put that figure into perspective 250 negative vs 11000 positives thought I’d take my chance. I have no regret what so ever not only have they saved me £1000’s the service I received was outstanding far better than any high street agent, very informative, responsive and got a great price for my property ? So yes as with any national company there are always issues/complaints but put it into prospective- best advise I can give is, meet with your local agent and make your own decision as mine is amazing”

“My experience with Yopa was excellent, I think it depends on your agent for your area. My agent Connie Friston for Leicestershire was great, very knowledgable, very clear information, I had contact with her all the way through and could if wanted to contact her anytime. Had no problems and my sale went through very smoothly. The solicitor they recommended was great and completion was done by 10.30 am! In my previous experience I have waited all day for solicitors! So all in all great experience.”

“I would describe myself as a potentially tricky customer being an ex estate agent and lawyer, and having been in the industry I know that it is the people that make the service. When entrusting someone with my house to sell, there really wasn't anyone after 13 years in the industry that I trust more than Kenny McClintock to do his absolute best by both myself and my new buyer. Let me tell you how he proved it. 1. Looked at my property with fresh eyes and gave honest, valuable advice. 2. Took fantastic photos that really showed my home at its best angles 3. Created an accurate and attractive advert and floor plan 4. Handled all viewing requests and carried out the viewings so I could make myself scarce and get the dog out the way 5. Booked the viewings in sympathetically to suit me but at the same time striking the balance of being as accommodating as possible to potential buyers 6. Gave me honest feedback and followed up where necessary 7. Sold my house within the week for a price that I am delighted with. 8. Efficiently compled his part of the offer process and handing everything over immediately so the lawyers can get cracking on a quick turn around sale. All that being said, I did not get preferential treatment and he was totally professional throughout. This is the service that those that instruct Kenny to sell their home receive, whether you know him or not. Care and honesty are his forte as well as being outgoing, cheerful and genuine in everything he does. Kenny deserves nothing but success as he leaves behind him a trail of happy clients who will pass his name on to anyone who anyone looking to sell. Thank you Kenny for being in my corner in this automatically stressful experience, making me feel like you were worth every penny and more.”
