“Terrible to deal with, customer service awful. No delivery after nearly 4 weeks of ordering, no updates, nothing.
Customer service did reply but still couldn't give a delivery date.
Have now had to cancel my order, don't use this company.”
“Utterly appalling company in every respect, in fact you have to assume it’s a scam their service is so bad. They immediately took payment when I placed my order but it takes them at least 12-14 days to generate a full refund. After three separate broken promises of delivery within a few days I’d had enough.

“unhealthy/ diseased plants sent out and refuse to refund or replace unless you pay to send them back - and was told that there is no guarantee the replacement plants will be healthy, so gamble at your own cost. Buyer beware!”
“Absolute waste of time. Paid for a tree and 2wks later nothing. I asked for a delivery update and was sent an email saying to check the original order if in doubt. Replied saying the order was now a week overdue and there still wasn't even a dispatch confirmation. Then they just cancelled my order and ignored my follow up emails. Will never use again. Total waste of time.”
“Arrived nicely packed and no damage but when I opened the box there were 3 Corydalis, ok but plants were very weak. Then I looked at my 3 ferns, well 2 really as one had no leaves at all and then out came this very chubby grub, did he eat all the leaves? I shall not be purchasing again from you as I feel I did not get value for money.”
“Ordered three packets of seeds on a vodaphone special offerat a low special price.Very difficult to get website to accept special price so suspicious but did go through and order ref given.Followed up a couple of days later to be told could not accept order with ref given as offer exhausted.Annoying but accepted.Then got another email saying order accepted totally different order ref and surprise surprise at full price and order could not now be changed.
Went back to them saying please cancel order also cancelled by debit card so they cannot take the money and also complained to Vodaphone
Really seems like a scam to me and massive effort for nothing from me

“I ordered a cloche kit which was supposed to have free seeds and plastic rubbish bags. when it arrived there was only the cloche. I sent them an email asking where the seeds and bags were and was told I had put the wrong code on the order form. as the order form was a printed one in the Sun newspaper it had the code in the bottom right hand corner. I was told if I paid another £7 I could get the free items. I had already paid £7 for the original items to be delivered so told them to get lost. I think this company is just out to con people out of their money, I will never order anything from them again.”
“over the years i have bought plants/shrubs including rose bushes stanard bare root contacted company gave up after various requests for photos and told i would have to pay for returns,same happend with pair of holly trees one died the other survived same negative response from company”
“Paid to join you garden as a member to get 10%discount and vouchers. If you log in, it doubles the postage so can wipe any discount out. Rip off as it advertises exclusive Rewards and benefits but does not tell you postage will be more expensive. What a scam1”
“Purchased a small plant last year. It was virtually dead in a few months. Phoned up and sent photos and emails. Plant was on a lifetime guarantee, however in order to get a replacement I was expected to pay another £6.99 postage. This would have meant that I paid £6.99 for the plant and £13.98 for the postage. And no guarantee that the new plant would be healthy. I phoned customer services again but was told that the only way I could get a replacement was to pay the postage as this was company policy. I will never buy plants from here again. You get much better service from other online plant suppliers. If I could give zero stars I would!!”
“Twice now I have had my order accepted and confirmed it.
Twice now they have written to me to tell there was a problem with my payment, and to phone a number that costs me extra money.
Then make the in payment again.
I gave You Garden the benefit of the doubt the first time, but I know I gave correct bank details the second time.
So I can only conclude it is a scam. Especially as I received a phone call from an employee using a Newcastle number.

“Ordered a cherry Tree Oct 2021 he’d 2 emails saying not ready yet about a week ago had another email saying the order was cancelled as they could get them only had my money over 3 months today they issued a refund nearly £3 short of what I payed looking at my emails only to find they have sent out the fertiliser for the tree so why do I need this when I have NO tree to use it on this is only to keep my . I Monet will never order from them again I just don’t know what plant this company is on .Please don’t order from them”
“I ordered two roses said they would arrive in mid Nov i rang 28th November to be told that they are waiting for one of the roses and that it has just arrived should be with you in a couple of days rang again today 2nd December to be told they are waiting for one of the roses, so i have just cancelled the order and asked for a refund

“No answer to email asking why only half of my order arrived also cherry tree shed its leaves over night and looks very dead--- reading other reviews it seems to be the thing with this company take the money send either dead or half orders and end of story. I do not have the means to send photos but a dead tree is the same in any ones book, I will never use this company again nor recommend it.”
