“The team were fantastic. I received a quote the next day. When I called them up to book they explained everything to me in great detail, which was very helpful because the weekend I was booking was a Christmas gift for someone else and I don't speak Golf. The staff were friendly and patient and the process was straight-forward. Even a spontaneous change to the booking wasn't a problem. That's how customer service should be. Thank you.”

“Very good response times and all required information was communicated to confirm requirements to then allow for us to make a quick decision. Once this had been done it was confirmed by email straight away with the option to change if they had got any of it wrong. We couldn't get to play where we originally intended but YGT readily suggested suitable alternatives in the region and this proved to be really helpful.”

“I've now been booking golf trips via YGT (Jason Upton) for the last 6 years. As always his knowledge of resorts and understanding of my group requirements and needs is exceptional. Even if prices are lower with other travel companies, I remain committed to using YGT due to the service which Jay provides us. Thanks for your efforts James Blythe”

“Our 7th year on the run to San Lorenzo with Your Golf Travel - great hotel, great staff, course in very good condition, superb support from Lee Quenault at YGT whose patience I'm sure was tested whilst trying to organise 20 middle aged mens golf trip! Thanks Lee and YGT for your continued help.”

“Spoke to Hannah, Gave her our requirements for our 2015 golf trip and how far we were prepared to travel and most importantly what price we wanted to pay. Hannah cam back to us with 3 options all very good value and all met out requirements list. All we had to do was decide what option to take. Great service will certainly be in touch for our 2016 golf trip”

“The Sales Specialist came back to me very promptly after my online query firstly speaking to me and then following it up with any email quote. He was very informative and followed up my additional questions by email quickly and efficiently. He returned my call to make the booking and it was all confirmed in a short time. Only slight annoyance was that when I printed off the confirmation it was 4 pages long, the 'Next Step' section and the headings were all in large type which with the advertising was a bit excessive. Will remember not to print off again.”

“When I booked the break there was a promotion of 12 Srixon Golf Balls. Despite numerous telephone calls and promises that the balls would be sent I have, as of today, only received a sleeve of three balls. I was again told yesterday that a box of 12 balls would be on its way. My wife and I will be traveling tomorrow to the Belfry without receipt of the balls.”

“Just booked a short break in Portugal in Feb with Yourgolftravel. Rob listened to what we wanted in terms of dates; a mix of days when our party were there -- some 3 some 6; which courses we wanted, etc. Next day all booked. No trouble at all - others companies couldn't do this for us. Thanks Rob. Now hoping for some early sunshine on the Algarve!”

“Have booked many times with YGT now for my annual girls trip. I find the flexibility most helpful and they are always very efficient. You get to speak the same individual quite often which is good for continuity as they have learned the sort of venue that suits us and can make constructive suggestions.”
