First time using a golf travel company so much easier than dealing direct with resorts, thank you all for making this trip happen at short notice very much appreciated and will be be back in the near future for our next trip. Roger

Excellent venue , hotel a bit tired but service and food were first class. Th courses were in great condition and most enjoyable to play.

when you book with they are pretty on the ball with phoning and emails to get things sorted. But if there is a mistake on your booking its a completely different service gone are the emails and phone calls to be replaced with a ticket system that you have to wait 48 hour (which is a joke) to get an answer. this is the first time iv tried these guys and possibly the last be carefully as you dont get the confirmation email until you have paid the deposit so you cant check the details until it to late.

Hi Its great to be asked to give a review, but considering I have had no confirmation e-mail yet (booking was made and fully paid for on Wednesday 19th August), it's a little presumptuous to say the least. Hence, why rated currently at Poor. Generally speaking online when you pay for something in full you receive an immediate confirmation e-mail?! I trust your laid back, sloppy attitude to sending confirmation e-mails is not a sign of things to come..... Regards Paul Brewster

Have used Your Golf Travel in the past and have always found the representatives that deal with your booking to be very helpful and informative. Our requirements on this occasion was arranged again in a professional and courteous manner. I would highly recommend arranging a golfing trip with YGT.

Hi John Sorry to hear you are still waiting. We need to have confirmation in writing from our suppliers before we send out your documentation, this is to ensure the booking is all in place correctly for you. This can take a little longer with overseas bookings due to our differing working hours etc. As soon as we have written confirmation we will forward your documents. Everything's fine except for the booking of tee times. There's no place to put your preferred time (I think there used to be when booking online) and invariably the times suggested are unsuitable entailing a phone call to change them.

hotel good but our room was very warm and some noise from generator at night hotel service perfect 10 out of 10 for hotel staff. golf was mixed, the coarse is good challenge, however, out of the the 3 days golf, the greens where spiked on day 2 and top dressing on the final day meaning no putting on quite a few holes which was a big let down. a good idea would be to inform potential visitors of the golf coarse condition and any planned maintenance programme/ schedule, thus preventing any disappointment.
