What can we say!!! Everything from the initial welcome right to the moment we departed was memorable for many reasons...but to mention just a few: a) staff - totally engaged and committed to service delivery, b) bar staff - Steve is superb and an extremely attentive professional, c) the accommdation was extremely well presented and every comfort afforded, d) delicious, beautifully prepared cuisine akin to fine dining at a very high level, e) the golf - the course was immaculate, testing, provided commanding views and couldn't be faulted. Good value for money? We would go as far as to say it was right up there with any of the Hilton establishments we have stayed in.....well done Best Westetn Mytton Fold - we shall return and have pleasure in recommending to everyone we know

We had a great overnight stay at the Windlestrae Hotel. The room was very clean and nice, the staff were helpful and we had a good meal. The only fault we found was that the bar area was in need of refurbishment. The golf courses were lovely and in good condition. All in all it was a great value deal and very enjoyable.

One member of our group visiting the Oxfordshire had to cancel three days before the meeting due to the sudden hospitalisation of his wife. I as leader of our group told YourGolf the same day and we also told the hotel at the golf club. YourGolf did not tell the hotel of the cancellation, they only knew about the cancellation from our phone calls. I rang YourGolf three times to their customer relations department asking for a call back regarding a refund and never heard a sickie bird. They must be the most uncaring and inefficient company that I have had to deal with and I certainly will never deal with them again

Stayed in one of the first floor rooms, which are compact, but everything you need. Reasonable shower, but no bath. Tea and coffee making and if standing at the window, you can see the 8th tee. The food was excellent and all the staff were friendly and helpful. A high handicapper, I found the course a challenge with some interesting holes offering the classic risk/reward choice. The greens and fairways were in good condition. Pace of play was reasonable, being about 4 hours. Mix of players from a large society, members and couples. There are some slopes, but reasonable walking course.

The easiest booking ever made - and given the opportunity to re-book, Your Golf Travel would receive our repeat business without a doubt. We had been booked into a twin bedroom and I requested a double as preference. Almost immediately, we received return confirmation that our preference had been met. Such a refreshing and proactive customer-provider raport - congratulations on your service delivery guys!!!
