“The product was as expected and the pricing fair in comparison to other sites. Delivery was fairly speedy but, unfortunately, the package was not delivered to my house. It wasn't even delivered to a house with a similar name. I tried to contact the company by replying to e-mails they had sent alerting me to the status of the package asking of it's whereabouts but have received no reply to date. I eventually tracked the parcel down myself and arranged to collect it. I suppose it's more the courier's fault as my correct details were given by me to PSW at the time of order.”

“The service from Pet Supplies was excellent - and it was very nice to receive a covering letter thanking me for my custom. However, I would just mention that some of the Applaws 70g cans that I ordered were 'stodgey' as there was no 'juice' in them - and my cat wouldn't eat them. This does seem to happen lately with some batches, so I have been buying them locally so that I can see the sell by date and so avoid buying from the 'wrong' batch, but I thought I would order from a different Seller this time - however this obviously doesn't work. I don't know how to overcome this problem as it appears to happen to random batches”

“Ordered a dog bed and had some problems with delivery which ended up we having to purchase elsewhere. The fault lied with the courier rather than the company and they did agree to process a refund due to the inconvenience caused.”

“Lovely cosy dog bed. My rescue Lurcher loves it. Recommended by my sister who has 4 and has washed them frequently. Delivery was excellent as I was told within an hour it's exact arrival. Thank you!”

“Excellent service , the warehouse called me to advise on unavailability of product ordered and suggested an alternative. 5% discount was well received! Tins were slightly damaged but that is more in the remit of the courier”
