“It was difficult to get advice and upgrade over the phone, took time to prove my identity. Did not take my Plan Ref number and was insisting on name etc. I had to email, find the right email address and send. There is no email contact given on your website. The first time I got the wrong email ID and it bounced back, then I had to research and resend.
You should improve your ways of communication with customers. Still lagging behind. It is restricted access.”

“good price but not happy to find out AFTER I had agreed to the policy that I would have to wait 11 months for a boiler service. Previous companies have carried this out within weeks of signing up. This means my boiler is due for a service NOW, not in 11 months time so I now either have to pay somebody else to do it or trust that it will be ok until next year.”

“Engineer was experienced and new what the problem was straight away, service could have been quicker, my boiler developed a fault on Saturday, engineer attended Monday and ordered a part, repair was carried out Wednesday which meant we had no hot water for 4 days.”
“I have been with you for almost 4 years now, your engineer told me he would arrive before 2 pm to service my boiler, he showed up at 3.45 meaning i had to cancel my plans. I know traffic can cause these problems , however a quick phone call to keep me updated would be good.”
