My Chinese visa was rejected and I have visited twice to Zabeel Star to get my refund amount but i was not given the amount and made some excuse that our accountant is not availabe and finally i got the refund after 3 weeeks of rejection. Please make sure u come up with better Refund Policy. Regards,

Thanks for wasting my time and money (also Match tickets). False commitment with me and my fellows we decided not to apply for UK visa. because it was too late. Me and my friends who used Zabeel services will put Honest review on google as well. Not responsive customer services. if i text i get reply next day. SO disappointed i don't want to even talk or think about it.

**Very Frustrating Service - not recommended for the faint of heart!!!** Called them on a Thursday to arrange for their visa services and to collect my passport on Sunday. Waited all day Sunday and called them on a Monday morning, only to be informed that they forgot about my passport collection. Rescheduled the passport pick up for Tuesday before 3pm from my office. Yet again, was left waiting and waiting all day for the pick up. The PRO called at 3:10pm to inform me he would only get to my location at 4:20pm. Visa was issued within the 5 working days (as promised) however getting my passport from them was another struggle. I scheduled with their office on Tuesday noon to deliver my passport back to me on Wednesday, waited for them all day till 6pm Wednesday and no delivery nor call from their side. Tried calling them and their landline was disconnected all day, I called the mobile numbers listed on their website, but they would not give me any solid information on the delivery. Come Thursday, I finally got their attention on the website chat feature and they informed me that they forgot to deliver my passport on Wednesday. Requested for them to call me back as their landline was still disconnected, literally begged them to call me so I could talk to them on the phone regarding my delivery but they wouldn't. At the moment, I am still waiting to collect my passport from them, have vague delivery information given to me from them, they wont call me back, and I'm traveling over the weekend. Sad to say, but this is HIGHLY Unacceptable Customer Service.

Staff mostly interested in leaving 15 mins before their time and no calls/mails responded to. Even though I had specifically mentioned my case was very urgent and also mailed people, there was no initiation to contact me from their Side. Every time I had to call them. Many mistakes were identified in the visa typing and also, they didn't even mention that for the spouse, the sponsor has to give No objection Certificate. Very poor service and very irresponsible replies.

Agent Lady Sumaira delayed our application by 15 days ultimately, we cancelled our 1st planned trip . Did not inform us properly about the requirements at embassy. And booked us in premier timing with out our information. which made us to pay extra 200/-aed by each person.

2nd time was a very bad experience. The customer service was very bad.. there was a dekay of picking up the passport and drop it back..although i paid for ugent visa..i had to delay my booking because of this unprofessionalism.

My application was delayed bcuz you guys forgot to submit the application on time . I gave my passport on 6 and i got my passport on 27 i mean it took 20 days for just the process . And also ur telephone operator lady was rude and couldn’t explain anything

Dear Shah, We thank you for your feedback and we would like to confirm the visa is granted however not on the time-frame we published due to many reasons including consulate. I have asked the supervisor to call you and explain in detail the entire journey. For the operator lady, We have put the lady on training to enhance her soft skills. I wish I could give you a zero, it's amazing how many people have complained about Sumaira and you have continued to employ her and ruin your reputation further. We had been doing business with you for last 2 years but unfortunately you have lost us as a customer. Very very unprofessional, and you should never be a part of an industry where customer service is the highest priority. I will never recommend you guys to anyone ever.

Dear Zabeel Team I am a two years old customer with you, but I never faced problems like now before. All your reputation earned by hard work is being damaged by few or new travel consultants. Especially the travel consultant called Ms. Sumaira is making massive damage to your reputation. she is lack of professionalism, rude behaving, inexperienced, misguiding, not a trustworthy person. not listening to the customer requirement. completely disappointing. I am facing huge inconvenience and problem only because of Ms. Sumaira. So Dear Zabeel Team you let your customer suffer and you made the person who made mistakes walk away. Dear Zabeel - Please train your team with some SOPs and professionalism and some corporate structure by giving them formal attires to step up your business in the next level. Note: Madam Mariya is always a lifesaver. But I wonder how long she can rescue her bad staff.

Thank you Mohammed for your Feedback, We are completely align with your comment and we are glad the visa is issued after Supervisor involvement. We are going to revamp our training and board more Customer Experience materials to boost our satisfactions.
