I ordered a couple pieces of clothing from Zaful. It took about a month and a half to come. I was so excited but upon opening the package and seeing the fabric and trying on the clothes I was eextremely, extremely disappointed . The clothing is of absolutely terrible quality. It seems more like poor quality Halloween costume material, paper like, thin, stiff and starch like. Terribly designed. It was so bad that I had to laugh. What's presented on the website is not what you get at all. I ordered about 12 articles of clothing and only kept 2 that just barely made the cut. I'll have to make some adjustments. I wont EVER shop here again and I caution anyone who wants to shop here not to. You will be very disappointed.

I ordered bathing suits on two separate dates. The first package came after about a month, the second one came about after a month to but with only 1 out of the 7 bathing suits I ordered. I have been in contact with zaful and have concluded this company is a total scam!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I ordered 7 items on the 16th of April 2020, which was dispatched on the 19th. After a month I received ONE of my orders. I have done 24 hour live chats, sent emails and complaints, and all I keep getting back are automated responses about the terms and conditions. I am disgusted by the lack of professionalism, as it has been the WORST experience I have ever had with an online company. My tracking link has been disabled and I can no longer respond to the tickets that I sent. I'm missing 6 items of clothing, have been offered no refund, and it's a COMPLETE scam!!! SCAM!!

I ordered some clothes on April 20, they were supposed to come by May 25, it is June 2 and I am still waiting, don’t trust this company about delivery

One order two parcels (LB524655602BE and ‪392246364360‬) from different warehouses both created and shipped on 27/4/20 And 28/4/20 respectively by FedEx courier service LB524655602BE supposed to be delivered by mid-May, after several emails and tracking searches, it was declared undelivered and finally returned to sender because of incomplete address details (missing street number). Nobody bothered to contact the submitted phone number to notify upon arrival. Customer service informed us some days after by email that the parcel was destroyed by local customs (!!!) with Zaful stating limited liability in such cases ….. so no refund can be provided (*). All this without any official document proving the action (which custom authority did it and for what reason) (*) Of course small print may have passed unnoticed but I do not remember having given my consent to such obnoxious term; anyway… I am very much afraid that the second parcel (‪392246364360‬) will also have the same fate … very sad for my 14 y o daughter craving for them Most probably it is a case to follow legally not just for the money but more for the principles and ethics this company lacks

I placed an order March 21st it’s June 1st and i still haven’t received my package which I already paid for...starting to worry and lots of people say it’s a scam but we’ll see what happens.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. Zaful lies about your estimated shipping dates. I ordered some swimsuits about a month ago and my order status has remained the same the whole time. A month later my order still says only a label has been made. Two of my friends ordered through here and they are in the same boat. One of them ordered a few items about two months ago and only a label has been created.

i ordered my bikini on may 16th and it’s may 30th. they said 6-8 days but now that i’m reading these reviews it’s not going to come for a longer time. i’m annoyed. my bikini was 10 dollars and i payed 35 dollars for shipping. i want my damn money back. this company is a piece of s*#t .

Orders a bikini. It took forever to arrive and when it did it was from China. I then wore it just twice and the stitching started to come apart. I sent them in a photo and they said that the warranty for the product had ran out. Do not buy from zaful!

Still haven't received my order from March/April. Very bad customer service and way of operating. Time consuming and stretched out repoonses. Also, was charged for an order that was never shipped. This resulted in fighting for my money back, which after a BBB report and enough persistance on my end, finally got my money back. Also, they had removed my previous review so they are trying to hide the truths out there regarding their sloppy business practices. Still waiting on a response on when I will be refunded for the order I'm still waiting on. I have asked about it at least 3 times....waiting...

DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL! This company is a scam. I ordered three swimsuits from them a month ago. They gave me a fake tracking number with USPS and refuse to refund my money or tell me where my package is. Their customer service keeps telling me they will follow up with the shipping company and never do. I will make sure everyone knows this company is a scam! DO NOT BUY FROM ZAFUL!!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, but from the looks of these reviews I won't get my order for at least three more weeks, 20$ is too much to spend on a crappy shipment like this one

I have had an absolute horrible experience with this company. I still have not received my full order which I placed on April 14th. It's not the end of May and am still missing over half of my order. I have requested a refund, but the company insists I must wait for the order to arrive, so I still have yet to receive a refund. I will never do business with this company again and I will inform everyone I know who asks how bad of an experience this has been. Not worth it. Shein has the same prices, better delivery time, and better customer service.

My products are decent but shipping takes a month or more, not 5-7 days as stated. Please DO NOT pay for shipping from this company because you will be disappointed. I have contacted customer service about two separate orders and they send an automatic reply that is not helpful. If the processing takes longer it should be included in the shipment time. $20 is too much to pay for shipping to take so long. Very disappointed

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 weeks for my delivery of bikinis and dresses which were all the worst quality I have ever seen. I gave Zaful the opportunity to redeem themselves by waiting over 10 days before leaving this review to see if their customer service could make up for it, evidently it has NOT. I put in my request to return and refund on 18.05, received a message to give them 24-48h to respond. Have not received anything till date. I wrote to them again yesterday (26.05) stating I would be writing a poor review in the next 24h unless I atleast receive an acknowledgment. I have received nothing. All I want to do is return these awful items and advise everyone to never order from such a place. Bikinis were flimsy, the back clip doesn’t even clip into place, and the dresses are so thin you can see through them all. Stitching is awful on all. POOR QUALITY CLOTHES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!!!!!
