In a world where purchasing things online is the new norm - Zaful will lose. DO NOT use them if you want to be able to return items for any reason. The return policy is restrictive, the fees applied (both restock and shipping) are exorbitant and the service is horrible. The refund took over a month after after Zaful had their items back for weeks. It's a ripoff.

Ordered January 22 and still have not received shipping confirmation. Sent 3 tickets all promised items were in stock and would be shipped out. Asked for a refund and have not received that.

I placed my order January 23,2020 2 days after they took the money out of my account. Then till up to now no shipping happening no confirmation I basically throw $87 dollars worth of clothes. Made lots and lots of tickets enquiry at 1st they will reply promising they ship out my parcel 2nd week of feb Guess what never happened! Made enquiries again regarding my parcel submitted 10 tickets no reply its just been ignored. Its a fraud dont be bother to contribute to their horrible company to feed those useless liers people running this company. Karma is around! This should be on public all these comments so thousands of ladies out there will be aware that they are scam! Oh btw they do advertise fast shipping on fb put my comment about it they right away remove my comment.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! This company should be ashamed!! I placed my order on January 13th thinking that was plenty of time before my February 27th Trip. It's been 4 weeks and I have not received any tracking information. SO I decided to place an order with their competitor SHEIN because I only have 2 weeks until my vacation, I need bathing suits and they basically sell the exact same stuff. It's been less then 24 hours since I placed my order and I already have tracking!!! NOW cancelling my order with ZAFUL is going to take 14 BUSINESS DAYS to refund my money?? I can refund customers at my business within 24hrs MAX. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! I've contacted them 3 times and not once did I get an apology on behalf of the company or offered some type of resolution. I asked if it would ship within 2 WEEKS and they couldn't answer me, YET I get emails saying "customer service is our TOP priority" LIES!! ITS YOUR LAST PRIORITY. The reps you talk to online don't answer any questions just beat around the bush. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Terrible service, there are always shipment mess ups and you struggle to get a refund which when you receive it, is short. When logging a ticket your ticket never gets resolved. Worse online shopping experience I have ever had.

Placed an order Jan 12 web site for a dance dress it said would deliver on Jan 31. Called on Feb 4 and it still had not even shipped. There was no notice that it would be delayed. The lady on the call was very inconsiderate and rude. First and Last Zaful order.

BEWARE. Thanks to PayPal I received my full refund. Never recieved my goods, Zaful refused to refund my money claiming that I have received my order. when i asked for proof they sent me a different tracking no. which also had no info of proof that i had received them. PLEASE if you are going to purchase from this dishonest company, please only pay through PayPal. and keep all your info they send you. Even if their site says no refund, don't believe them if paypal see they are in the wrong you will be refunded..Hope this helps

If I could leave negative reviews I would. I ordered 4 items over a month ago. 1 of them fit me well. It was a polka dot dress. The others, which included a swimsuit, and two blouses, were not as described or pictured. I have been trying to return the blouses (can't return the swimsuit :() and two different customer service reps have told me I'd get a return email with directions in three days of speaking with them. I still haven't gotten an email and that was 10 days ago. Now mysteriously all of their phones are down... I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ZAFUL again!! Horrible business that should be put out of business!! I cannot stress that enough! Don't waste your money here!

I placed an order with express shipping on Jan 21st. The order has not been shipped out to this day (Feb 4th). I have emailed them a couple of times and they have told me my order is ready to be shipped. However, It has been a full week since then and they still haven’t shipped it. They replied saying they have Lunar new year, and will be processing orders after Feb 10th. If I knew this from the beginning I wouldn’t have ordered from them. They should post this on their website because some us pay for express shipping to get it faster.

Refunds/Exchanges are near IMPOSSIBLE. I am on going on about 6 emails and still no response. Tried to exchange or get a refund on an order with tags, never worn within days of receiving and it has been almost a week with no response. Do not buy from this company if you have any thought of returning or exchanging.

Customer service was so rude was and insensitive. They were not willing to help. This was not seen in just one person, but two. The first time I called I was so upset so I tried to call again hoping to get a helpful person but no. Do not call them if you have an issue because you will get no results

Firstly my order came without an order form so unable to return. Secondly absolutely disgusted that I have been charged £43.00 for the shipping tax/cost. I work within the legal sector so will be reporting this and seeking legal advice.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Package shows out for delivery 2 months ago but was never delivered. Due to a typo with the zip code, package apparently was returned to Zaful over a month ago. Zaful has no customer service number, so you are forced to submit support tickets via email. I have submitted so many I have lost count in search of a resolution that is always responded with a vague “we will look into this and get back to you” which never happens. Worst experience I have ever had with a company. It’s very simple. Just refund the money or resend the items. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this.

Horrible! Would never recommend. Fact Highly recommend against ordering anything from here. You probably won't get it and be out the money. They have no concern for their customers. Their system apparently couldn't handle my address. It kept auto correcting my address to the wrong address. When I finally thought they took the correct address turns out it wasn't. My package was stuck at the carrier they said I need to contact the carrier service to update my address which I tried and the carrier said I had to do have the company who shipped it update it. So while my package sat at the carrier for a while I contacted them explained that I could not update my address with the carrier and they assured me would and I should get my package in about a week. Never received it checked with the tracking numbers and it states it was returned to sender. Now they are saying they will not resend Items or refund my money even though they are getting the items back. Ridiculous! Never have I dealt with such horrible customer service! You got the items back there is no reason not to refund me or resend them.

Absolutely disgusting. They skipped out a line in my delivery address and then claimed I gave them the wrong address. So I haven’t received my items; and they are refusing to refund me. The order was hugely expensive. The items were never delivered; but they claimed they were delivered to me- what a joke. They can’t seem to provide me with a signature or with the proof of delivery, so I don’t even know if they attempted to deliver the goods. Do not waste your time on this site! I will never ever shop there again!

Steer clear of Zaful. I ordered something for my daughter six weeks ago. They took my money right away, but we still haven't received the items. The link to tracking doesn't work, and you can't get anyone to answer their phone. I submitted a ticket, but still haven't heard from them. Report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Honestly girls, STEER AWAY. This company has so bad quality clothes. I heard about this brand on Instagram and thought their clothes looked cute, but upon arrival... Let’s just say that everything is of VERY poor quality. Everything screams “I am cheap”. The “white” lingerie I ordered looked almost like it had been used and was grey in colour. The string panties I got was weirdly sewn, so that the string was longer/stretched on one side (and thus unwearable). The jacket I got was of very thin and plasticy material. I can’t explain it, you just have to feel and see the material for yourself to know what I mean by that it looks cheap. I know this brand is cheap, but when the clothes are so badly sewn/ill fitting that you can’t even wear them... I mean, wow. What a waste of money. Zaful is fast fashion gone wrong. Everything I ordered off them felt like plastic and almost like they had been used already. I ordered two jumpers (sweaters), 4 sets of lingerie and a jacket.. Let’s just say most of it’s going in the bin. And the stuff that didn’t get thrown away right away, is probably gonna last MAX 6 months because of the poor quality. Sorry environment! Never shopping here again. Also - they sell your info to third parties. I’ve received SO much spam, scam and phishing emails since I shopped with them. So annoying. Steer away from Zaful.
