“I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. They said it was shipped a few days after i ordered and gave me tracking info but it still says my package is in china a month later. never ordering from here again.”

“No item was sent. Contacted for refund told it would happen 2 weeks later still nothing. Worst scam ever!”

“I wish I had seen this site before ordering. 6 weeks ago I placed an order and every time I contact them I get the same response’ “it shipped on 3/11”. They never address the issue, or offer to help, they just ask that I wait. I should have known by the prices. I guess at this point I can consider this an expensive lesson. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY”

“ive tried ordering a couple times and it only worked once but it came within 2/3 months. all the other times they let me buy it, never tell me track info, never ship it, then dont give me a refund and then they say they do”

“don't know why these comments are so negative! I love this shop so much I ordered around 10 things which all came expect for 1 product which was out of stock which I got my money back without even having to ask! :) I love all the clothes I brought and recommend this shop. I'm not sure about the whole Covid 19 situation because my borders are closed so there is no point of ordering right now :)”

“I ordered 3 bathing suits and 2 crop tops and patiently waited for them to arrive, especially with this pandemic going on. Terrible experience. I was told my order shipped multiple times and my order would arrive soon, after 3 weeks when i checked with DHL and my local post office they had never received my package. The customer service is terrible and the only words they say to customers are "I understand you want your package but there is nothing we can do". After being lied to about my package shipping, I filed a compliant to get my money back (which they were not too happy with) and finally shipped out my package and I received it after a month. Luckily, I really liked what I purchased and I made the right decision going a size up (swimsuits especially run small) but I was worried for several weeks if I was going to receive what I ordered or get my money back. I refuse to order from somewhere that cannot assure me I am getting what I paid for. Clothing was great, Customer experience was a mess. Do not recommend.”

“ok, so i ordered a couple shirts and some earrings from zaful about two weeks ago, being easily fooled by the cute clothes and low prices. they are failing to provide me with my tracking info telling me it’s “not available”. i’m frustrated because i have no idea if they’re even ever going to show up. and this is just a really painful process of buying clothes. and looking at other reviews i can see how poorly this company is run. not recommended, there are way better places to find cute clothes that won’t waste your time.”

“Got 4 things on zaful. It came a week late only 3 of the things showed up. Not only that I got a small in one of the shirts in fit a large. Then got a large in a hoodie and it fit a s-m and was extremely trash and itchy. Then when I called to make a complaint they refused to pick up so I tried a different like department and they picked up 10x faster then when I told the guy what happened he was rude and didn’t help me fix the problem at all just told me to write and email.”

“I ordered my suits about a month and a half ago and still not here and I got 6 suits and spend $70 I tried to talk to them but they said it should be at my house and its not do not get anything”

“Awful! Don’t do it! It’s a scam! Ordered two suits in November it’s now April and I never received them or a refund! Customer service just stopped responding to my demands for the product I paid for or a refund.”

“honestly, if you love waiting 3 months for a clothing item, definitely recommend this website. I ordered my items months ago and could not track/view my order for 5 days. Was thinking maybe my items have been delivered to then find out they are still in China. I’ve ordered many items off of this website like bikinis, two piece outfits and more. And the items are very nice and their sizes are very accurate, but shipping is a complete pain in the ass. This past Christmas I ordered some items for my siblings (planned to order them months prior so they could BE IN ON TIME) and came in January. So pathetic DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS ALREADY”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM ZAFUL. I ordered $55 worth of bikinis and I am 99% sure I did not enter my zip code in wrong, but okay sure I guess I could have made that mistake. Anyways, i contacted ZAFUL to get my address changed and they said that the package was being shipped back to them, but then it was “destroyed in customs“ and that there is nothing they can do to refund me or offer any additional service. “Sorry for the inconvenience!” IM SORRY WHAT?? So I pay you $55, don’t get my package because it’s destroyed, and that’s it? I think that’s the most scammy thing a company can do. Disgusting.”

“I ordered on February 20, 2020. They said it would be 3-5 days to prepare for dispatch, but it didn't ship out until March 5, 2020. They said wait 25 business days for the package to be delivered. It has been well past that point and I still have no package. I can't even track it at all. Customer service thinks my address is wrong even though I have double checked with them. I spent $60 on four clothing items. Zaful is doing a lot to not have to refund my order, so I went through my bank to dispute the order. I suggest you contact your bank to get your money back if you also did not receive your Zaful order.”

“So I really recomand everyone to buy and orser from ZAFUL! First of all their prices are amazing ! And also the products are in such great quality. Honestly why should you waste more if you can waste less ?? Their cusomer service is amazing I spoke to the on facebook Messanger and they immeditley replied ! Such a great site !”
