“Got everything I asked for & was exactly what I was expecting, took a couple weeks to arrive to the UK but it does declare that. I was a bit suspect when reading through reviews as it seems to be really Positive or really negative but all I can say from my experience is great site cheap prices and good quality clothing for the price!”

“Didn’t need my item anymore so requested a refund. Said they’d do it and got a notification saying it was refunded (they said I’d get my MONEY BACK) but I didn’t... they gave me 50 points on the app which are useless as I’m never using again!! Complete scam, waste or time and money!!!”

“My package was delivered to a completely different state than my address, which I triple checked was correct. When I contacted customer service, I was basically told that it wasn’t their problem and they only offered me $6 of my $25 purchase.”

“It was horrible I order some bikinis while I was on vacantion and I thought it would be shipped before I left but my mistake I Didn’t really understand what business days ment and then I asked if they could ship it to Aruba I would have payed for shipping they said no and that I would have to ask family members to bring it but I don’t have any there but anyways ok we had another way to just leave it at the hotel and the hotel would ship it but it was never shiped there they said it was shipped back to the sender I asked for a refund because they said my package was all ready destroyed by them but they kept apologizing and said no so now I lost $50 that is 87florins!!!!”

“I ordered Christmas gifts for my boyfriend around Black Friday time. I never had any tracking details for one of his hoodies I bought for him, so I contacted customer service several times. I was charged for it, but apparently it was out of stock? Why not update the website and NOT charge customers for out of stock items? Who knows, but I was informed the hoodie would be restocked on December 21st and was given the impression that I would still receive the product when it restocked. I contacted again because I still saw no shipping details and my credit card was charged. Thank goodness this agent (live chat) was the most helpful and let me know they weren’t planning to ship it to me so I was getting a refund. Even if I still wanted this, I would have to pay a higher price since I had more savings around Black Friday. I will not be ordering from Zaful again. I recommend SHEIN to anyone looking for a similar, more reliable and more affordable website. I’ve used them several times with no issues.”

“HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! My order took 6 weeks to ship which was extremely annoying. The. when I received the package neither of the sweaters looked like what I had ordered and one of them had a USED band aid on the inside of it! I was so disgusted and do not plan on shopping here again and advise others to shop elsewhere”

“If I could’ve given zero stars I would have. I Ordered something 10 days ago for Christmas which is now three days away, three days before Christmas still no shipping. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes to get information they had none. couldn’t even tell me when it would be in stock. One item is shipping out from the factory as I was told, but they can’t tell me where that factory is NEVER ORDER from this company!”

“Do not purchase anything from this website ! They’re horrible . I bought a bathing suit and they didn’t ship to the correct address. Instead of fixing the problem they kept telling me to contact USPS. So I contacted USPS and was informed that they had returned the item to zaful. It’s so frustrating that they take your money and don’t care if you got your item .they take forever to respond to your emails.”

“There clothes are not true to size one bit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will make you pay for shipping if you decide to return it. And they won’t answer your questions in the zaful support page. I’ve tried getting a clear response from them for weeks about how much I’ll be refunded. And they won’t say the amount. And now they are asking for PayPal information. And neglected to email me when they received the package to tell me they needed it. Overall this company sucks. Their clothes are nothing like the pictures. And their Return policy is shit”

“This place is awful! Ordered 3 bathing suits and after trying them on decided fo return them. For a company that touts “customer experience being the most important thing,” they couldn’t have a worse return policy. They make you go back and forth with a rep from overseas at least 3 times before finally agreeing to let you return the items. Then you can return it at your own cost. This place is such a scam...definitely never shopping here again!”
