“Ordered 3 months ago, order never came. Customer service is no help. When I went back to look if the item I ordered was still there, I realized all the negative recent reviews for it were replaced with 5 star ones from a year or more ago. Wish I could rate Zaful lower than one star.”

“I've emailed them many times because I want to return my items and they don't reply they just send some irrelevant automatic messages with no help at all. I'm not buying anything else from zaful. Very disappointed, also tried to contact them and my calls are being cancelled. Don't buy stuff from zaful there's a chance that you won't be able to return or exchange the items.”

“Significant extra hidden delivery and customs costs. Long delivery delays. Inaccurate customer service advice. Poor consumer protection policies (will be reliant on credit card protection if things go badly wrong).”

“They suck!!!! They say my package was delivered. But the tracking shows it was returned to sender. I dont think they ever sent anything. Im glad it was only about 20 bucks. I ordered it 3 months ago and still haven’t been able to resolve the problem. They are definitely a scam!”

“THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. THEY SAID MY PACKAGE WOULD COME IN 2 WEEKS AND ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS.IVE CALLED AND CALLED AND THEY HAVE HUNG UP ON ME CAUSING ME TO HAVE LONG DISTANCE CHARGES FOR BEING PUT ON HOLD. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.”

“It took over a month to receive my order and I was very disappointed. Clothes look really cheap and material quality is very bad. I had to pay for shipment of returning item. Definitely would not recommend.”

“I ordered my shipment on June 15th I paid over $20 for express shipping (2-5 Business Days) it is now June 22nd and I was told my order will not be here for another 2-3 weeks. Express shipping is nonexistent for Zaful it is a total scam. I wish I would've looked at the reviews before ordering from here, Shein is a much better website/store, they got my order to me in 5 days and kept their word. Zaful on the other hand refuses to refund me for express shipping and its nearly impossible to get ahold of someone that knows what they're talking about. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I see why they named their store Zaful because it's so close to Awful! Awful customer service, Awful shipping, and after reading reviews im nervous to what the swimsuits will actually look like/ fit like. I will never purchase from this store again and will make sure everyone I know does the same.”

“Your return policy is not properly disclose, specially when swimwear is treated as underwear; which it should be. In addition, no plastic liner was included with some of bathing suits that were shipped. No refund was offer other than a discounted store credit. The worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced.”

“Terrible!!! Do not order from here. Spent $50 for my shipment to be split in two. Received my first order After A MONTH as well as a missing necklace. I NEVER received my second package. It seems as if it was shipped back to the warehouse and never came. I have contacted support MULTIPLE times as they never replied or helped.”

“This might be a bit long so sorry for those who hate reading. Back in April, during the Corona virus thing, I ordered some nice bathing suits to look forward to something. Turns out that the shipping got stuck transit on 9th May. I spoke for 2 months with first Vincente (who I think is a robot) and Javier (who I guess was human). Today I get to know that the parcel will never arrive as I was told ‘it went back to the carrier”. When I asked if it can be re-sent, I recieve an email that my query has been answered. Turns out there was no message, so I’m guessing customer care just simply pretended to answer so my query wouldn’t seem as if it was not answered. I also noticed that the escalte ticket option was removed. In any case, I was offered a refund but still I haven’t received it. I hope at least they give me this.”

“TERRIBLE! If you think you are going to get the cute clothing you see on the internet- you are mistaken. I have been waiting around 10 WEEKS and the package hasn't arrived, writting them all the time and they don't want to listen and they don't know where my package is. They don't want to contact me, only by e-mail, I want to escalate but don't know where, and they won't refund me or send me a new order. DO NOT WAISTE YOUR MONEY or the international fee they charge you. NIGHTMARE!” Never ever again.”

“I am never buying from zaful! Do not buy from zaful!! My order shipped in May 10, it is now June 18!! It’s taking over a month, it’s not worth it at all. There’s better online stores that don’t take 2 months to get to your house. My delivery date was May 16, and it’s June 18, so they didn’t even have a close estimate.”

“I had the most horrible experience!! I ordered multiple swimsuits. They sent them in 2 separate shipments. The first shipment arrived 2 months later. The second shipment never made it. I went to Fedex to retrieve it because I didn't get an update that it was waiting at FEDEX. Fedex wouldn't allow me to have it sent back to me. They said that the company has to request that. Zaful told Fedex to damage my shipment. I called fedex to see if I can pay them to ship it to me and they said no. They said that Zaful told them not to send it back to me and to destroy it!!! I am so upset!!!!!! The swimsuits weren't true to size. These swimsuits are on Alibaba for a cheaper price if you decide that you want to buy them cheaper!”

“The reason their bathingsuits are so cheap is because they just order bathingsuits from china and ship them over here over the course of a month. Might as well just order from aliexpress at this point... they do the same thing. You cant even return, and their customer service is the worst I've ever seen.”

“I’ve order twice from here the first time no problems but now Ive been waiting awhile for my package and now that it’s been shipped it’s telling me I need to pay tax/fee’s I will take fault as I didn’t do much research and after reading many reviews of this I don’t want the hassle of trying to return as it seems you don’t get anywhere. I don’t have an extra £60 lying around as I’m just out of college and trying to find a job so idk what to do. They should make it clear as I had to look for ages to find anything about import tax. I’m quite upset as I wanted to treat myself but didn’t want to spend too much”
